Quiet neighborhood with access to both Brighton and Howell. Kitchen had everything you needed. House was well equipped.

Neighborhood peaceful. Love backyard to sit outside. We seen lots of different wildlife. Enjoyed the spacious house. My son enjoyed the fact he had a TV in his room and the choices he had on the TV. We enjoyed the spacious living room. We had everything in the spacious kitchen to cook our meals. The bathrooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Even had a great washer and dryer. The only thing was the ceiling fan in living room was not working. We really enjoyed this house and made our vacation very enjoyable. We will be staying here again.

Spacious, great location

We enjoyed our time in this house. Each day we commuted to Ann Arbor for sporting events for our kids. It contained all the amenities for our stay. There are separate living areas. I used the loft space upstairs as a workspace. The kitchen was well stocked, we used the grill, coffee maker and washer and dryer. We had 4 teens with us and there was plenty of room. One of the bedrooms had bunkbeds, a trundle bed and an air mattress. The kids made use of the kayaks and the location provided easy access to Thompson Lake. The Neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning runs. We referred to this house as our retreat and would highly recommend this location. The host communicated with us and the directions were easy to follow.

Great Family Weekend

We were in town meeting family for a wedding and this was the perfect home base. It is close to many stores and restaurants and by the lake, yet it is on a very quiet cul de sac. The layout is wonderful, you never feel crowded, with two living areas one downstairs and one upstairs to use. The interior is updated, very relaxing and extremely clean. The host was so friendly and even warned us when there was going to be bad weather coming in one night. We enjoyed kayaking down the canal to the lake more than once. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we’re in the area!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Really nice layout inside the house, was perfect for us. We had a busy weekend planned, and so we didn’t have time to spend outdoors. The house was clean, comfortable. Beds were great!

Michigan Graduation

We stayed here because Ann Arbor was booked a year in advance. The drive to and fro was easy. And Howell is a delightful town in and of itself. House was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Thankful for a thanksgiving home!

Stayed for 4 nights and cooked a turkey dinner for our family. This place was impeccably clean and stocked. It has everything we needed. Comfortable beds? Check. Multiple spaces to hang out? Check! Potato masher? Double check! It was cozy, especially once the snow began to fall.

Perfect spot for a cozy weekend!

Paddle Inn exceeded our expectations. This was a beautiful place to stay and perfect location. The host was in touch. The house had everything we needed and more. It was clean, cute and cozy! We hope to return next year!

Perfect Location for Ann Arbor

Stayed here for a game at the University of Michigan. Perfect location away from all the chaos; beautiful, idyllic location with the lake and relaxed feel. Fantastic house, fantastic host, will stay again if I'm back in the area.

Very clean and cute house!

The Paddle Inn was very clean and cute! Each room had what we needed, beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked with toiletries! The upstairs room does get a little warm but there are fans provided and you can change the AC temp. Very cozy and easy to find!

Sweet spot in Howell

What a sweet find right in Howell. Quiet location at end of culdesac. Perfect for our family gathering. Very clean, smartly decorated and well stocked with basic necessities. Host was very responsive.

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Melinda made everything so easy - the house was perfect for our extended family (3 adults, 3 teens). We would definitely return to this home on a future trip to Howell.

Beautiful home.

Love the property! Ample space for the whole family to spread out. Hostess was very quick to respond, and very accommodating. We will recommend this home to all of our friends. Great location quietness nestled in the heart of everything.

Great spot!

My two young daughters (8 & 11) and I loved the house. It's tucked away in a small neighborhood right next to downtown Howell, nice and quiet on an inlet to the nearby lake, with everything you would want within 5-10 minutes (groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The house is perfectly stocked in the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms which was nice, and the host was very gracious and responsive. The house itself was the perfect size for us but could've held a few more people easily. It had great light, good internet, and a fun little upstairs nook to play games and work. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Had another property booked and they cancelled 3 days before our family was to arrive for a wedding. Host was awesome. She was so responsive. Got us booked immediately and was so communicative during the stay. House is so nice and provided all the amenities. Could not ask for better. I highly recommend.

Fabulous place!

Such a CLEAN and beautifully decorated house. Quiet location. Beautiful setting by the water. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. Highly recommend!
