"The staff was friendly and efficient. We were greeted in a manner that included support if we needed anything not supplied. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds fresh and clean. The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. I've been commuting into State College for 15 years, have tried every hotel under the sun after watching them being built when I lived there, and this is by far my favorite."
