Love this hotel, definitely coming back!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and completely hassle-free. The resort itself appeared well-maintained, with the exception of the elevators. Throughout most of our stay, they did not appear to be cleaned regularly and could benefit from some fresh paint and general upkeep. Our biggest concern was pool access. When the pools opened to the general public at 9:00 a.m. (including guests who were not owners), access was limited to only small sections of the pool areas. Additional sections were gradually opened throughout the day. It would have created a much better guest experience if all pool areas had been opened from the start, especially since there often appeared to be only one or two lifeguards actively monitoring while other staff members remained in the towel area. Aside from that, our overall experience was positive. We especially appreciated that the resort is located away from the Strip, providing a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
