Welcome to The Pines of Apple Valley!

NEW FOR 2023, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE PINES OF APPLE VALLEY!
Stay with us and enjoy our Christmas Majic from November 15th - January 2nd.

Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.

We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.

Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.

Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet,
* 125 Channels of Spectrum Cable,
* Private deck.

We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.

The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

We look forward to your visit and hope that this property is a regular destination for your family and friends!

Graduation Celebration

The Pines of Apple Valley was the perfect place for our family to gather for Commencement Weekend at Kenyon College. We rented two units for the weekend. There is lots of comfy furniture in the living room for hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the provided coffee! We all thought the beds were super comfortable. The staff at the Pines were great at communicating throughout the entire process from reservation to check-out. This is an ideal place to stay for Family Weekend or Commencement Weekend at Kenyon College!

Wonderful stay with family

What a perfect place for my family and me to stay for my granddaughter’s wedding! We had absolutely no complaints and no reason to contact the owner except to ask for a late check out which was granted. The cabin was spacious, clean and well stocked. Being winter there were few if any other guests around so it was very quiet. Thank you for everything.

Great hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at the pines of apple valley! Management was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would not hesitate to use again.
