"Very clean hotel, staff was great and the property as a whole was very nice. Safe area, lots of parking. "

"Room was dirty, no toilet paper, no iron, no ironing board, no hangers. I had to go ask for all of these separately. No real blankets or comforter just decorative blanket covers riddled with cigarette burns. Microwave smelled disgusting. “Free breakfast” consisted of orange juice and coffee. Would have rather stayed at a motel 6. Definitely not worth it and won’t use them again."

"There were noise warnings upon check in....keep quiet after 10pm...no problem. Neighbors dogs barked all night long. One of the king beds sagged badly in the middle. Property was without gas for approximately 20 hours of our stay making using the dryer and having hot water to shower impossible. The owner worked at getting this fixed but it was an inconvenience."

"We had a great stay in Conroe at this lovely pet friendly home. The house was very convenient for our activities while in Conroe and the host is very quick to respond to any questions. The home was just as it was described and was very clean. Off street parking and safe neighborhood. I will consider staying here on my next trip to Conroe."

"Beautiful place, good location, communication was great. The only thing is I wish it had a full size coffee pot. It had a small one but there were 4 adults and making coffee in the morning was a process with such a small pot. "
