Welcome to our lovely one story home. We are in a friendly, quiet neighborhood conveniently located off Hwy 290. This makes us easily accessible to plenty of Houston's popular spots and lots of restaurants! This home is only 15 minutes from both the Houston premium outlets and Memorial City Centre. We are also 10 minutes from Willowbrook Mall/ Champions Area. Not pictured we have fun amenities like cornhole, Jumbo Jenga, and board games!

Communication was timely and good. when I had trouble unlocking the door the first time my email was answered with in Minutes. By the way the problem with the lock was me not the lock. This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. spacious and comfortable. if you wanted to nitpick there are some cosmetic blemishes here and there, But NOTHING that detracts from the cleanliness, safety or functionality of the house. I will stay here again if the need arises.

Great neighborhood / communication with host

We enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet and lovely neighborhood. We truly appreciated having the option to park the car in a garage especially when it was raining. The inside of the house was clean but backyard had deck debris not making it possible to enjoy. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. The host was prompt in replying and was always available. In addition the host was open to feedback. Some minor improvements were suggested to the host who took note and will look into making changes/additions for future guests. Oh! and ensure the check-in instructions photos are updated as there was a different keypad on the door.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our stay! Homeowner super easy to communicate with. A few things need updating which I communicated to the homeowner and they were gracious and lovely about my suggestions. Would book again.

Great family space

Enjoyed our time in this location. Nice layout and location. My family kept thanking me for booking this place. Owner was responsive to small issue we had. Be sure to read the checkin directions to find the keypad! There are a few minor places where the house shows age - but nothing critical. This is a great place for a family gathering. Outdoor deck is relaxing.

Overall a nice place to stay. Beautiful updated interior. Excellent host.

The house is mostly updated and is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. With its beautiful hardwood floors, nice updated kitchen and appliances, this roomy and tidy house is warm and inviting. The house does have a strong odor from glade plug-ins but might not be a big deal for most people. We had 2 small issues during our stay. The dryer heating element went out, and there were some dogs that barked all night one night, but the host was super responsive and took prompt action to resolve these issues. It turns out that the dog bark issue was new and once resolved it didn’t happen again. I believe that the quick action and helpful responses from the host were well above and beyond what many hosts do and that, to me, is worth much more than an impossibly perfect stay with a poor host. This host gets a big thumbs up. I would stay here again.

Nice home

We had a nice stay. The house is very convenient to where we needed to be in Houston. Kids enjoyed the basketball net game. House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Hasen was very quick to respond if I needed her. 🙂

Wonderful getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and well manicured and the neighbors were friendly. The house itself is beautiful with nice modern furniture and plenty of space for guests. The kitchen was especially nice with plenty of counter space and a great stove. The backyard is private with a high fence and a nice wooden deck that was perfect for enjoying the cooler weather. There was plenty of parking for our larger group, including the option of using the garage for extra security. The house was fully stocked with all expected amenities and everything worked well and was spotless. Hasen was very quick to communicate even with little details. Things could not have been better!
