The kitchen is fully stocked with every type of cooking utensil and of course, a large drip coffee maker, almost everything you need to cook or reheat your leftovers.

This is ideal for family gatherings with a HUGE back yard and lots of seating. Parties are allow with prior approval and payment ahead. You may message me for details.

EVENTS are permitted with prior notice only. More than a dozen people at the house is a party/event and we require a deposit.
Please note that this is a 2 STORY HOUSE. There is a staircase with about 10 steps without a handrail to the 3rd bedroom.
There are 4 steps to the front porch entrance to the house. **PLEASE NO PETS**
