The Space:
The House: THIS IS A FREE STANDING 4 STORY HOME. No walls are shared with the neighbors, it is not a town home. The home is a new build (2022) and features all new appliance and hardware. The home is 2,500 sq feet (not including the massive rooftop).
Rooftop: Boasting to be the largest and hippest rooftop in Houston, this home features a 700 sqfoot rooftop large enough for all your guests to enjoy together. Features include: Hot tub, 12 person outdoor dining table, 12 person expansive sofa sectional, fire pit, foliage photo wall, two custom neon signs, moody rattan lanterns, and of course a stunning view of downtown Houston.
1st Floor:
Oriental Crane Room - boasts a bold, custom crane wallpaper motif with inviting mid century modern accent lights. Large king bed with en suite full bathroom.
2nd Floor:
Modern Living Room with fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and counter seating for 4, large queen sofa pull out couch (comfortable memory foam mattress, 75" smart roku tv, and a chick dual purpose make up vanity and workstation area. Also features half bath / powder room and a large juliet balcony that overlooks the driveway and neighborhood.
3rd Floor:
Abstract Bunk Room: Finally a bunk beds you WANT to sleep in. These bunk beds are very sturdy and specifically designed for adults. They can bear up to 600 lbs on each surface. This room features a custom neon sign, abstract chandelier, and chic brushstroke wallpaper. Designed down to the details, each bunk has a personalized night light mounted near the bed for ease and personal use.
Grecian King Room: Features a large Statue of David painting overlooking a King bed. The room is designed with modern light fixtures and chandeliers that play beautifully against the timeless painting.
White Lotus Room: Inspired by the colors of the ocean and calming island nature, this room features a large B&W tropical island wallpaper. Using woven chandeliers and iron cast bedside lights, this room is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Features two Queen beds.
Two Full bathrooms are located on this floor as well as a bathroom with a free standing tub.

Our home is situated in the prime, and trending neighborhood of East Downtown (EADO). Being centrally located near all of Houston's most exciting neighborhoods, visits to Midtown, Montrose, and Downtown are all just a five minute car ride away. Our convenient location near the major I-45 freeway lets you escape to where ever you need and want to be in NO TIME. This property is the perfect home base for city living and entertainment while nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.
