Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Our overall experience left me embarrassed to have booked this stay for our trip. The garage had older trash that lingered into the house which also smelled very humid so it was not a good place to start. The old trash was likely the causing the fruit fly issue in the kitchen. Additionally, the kitchen/dining area is also very dark so do not be fooled by the photos. While preparing the coffee maker for the morning on our first night, we were horrified to find roaches crawling out of the coffee maker (video provided). To our dismay, this was not the first time we would encounter them. Two roaches were found crawling behind the plates in the cabinets. One roach was found crawling over the kitchen utensils. We do not have photos of these as your initial instinct is not to record roaches but to kill them. Needless to say, following these incidents, we did not feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Outside food was purchased for the remainder of the trip. We reached out in hopes of remediating this issue since we had already purchased food to cook and asked for 300 which does not fully cover food and coffee for 10 people for two meals but were counter offered 30. Receipts were not kept but screenshots of the food orders were provided but were not sufficient I guess? Other issues: the ac does not keep the house cool, the lighting at night is nonexistent, the vents in the bathrooms are loud, toilets do not flush, refrigerator..
