We lived in this home for 14yrs until two months ago. We miss this home because our children were raised here and we love the space, layout, and outdoor patio 24x 24 covered deck. The house is located about 4 miles north of downtown near the 610n & 45n intersection. We are only about 2 miles from the Heights neighborhood, with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. In terms of the Texas Medical Center (TMC) we about a 20-25min drive to Memorial Hermann, St. Lukes, Texas Childrens, Methodist, Women's Hospital, etc. Downtown is only a 10-15 min drive which is where the Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Soccer stadium, Midtown and Theater district are located.

The home is completely gated, which is perfect for those travelers with pets or children. The front gate has a automatic gate opener and we provider a remote for your use during your stay. The back area of the home has a large 24 x 24 deck that is great for entertaining family and just lounging around. The home has a large master bedroom with a 15x 10 walk in custom built closet. Three of the bedroom are on one side of the home the other is on the opposite and can be used as an office.

The area is going through a transitional phase, and property values have doubled in the past five years because of Its proximity to Downtown . Some neighbors can have music playing late into the night on the weekend. Also, an additional cleaning or stained towels will be subject up to a $150 fee.
