Brand new construction home built in 2021, offers three bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 2 car garage - comfortable accommodations for up to 7-9 guests. AT&T Fiber optic internet with max internet speed! The space

All rooms have been carefully decorated to be beautiful and cozy. Top-of-the-line hybrid memory foam mattresses with luxury hotel-grade linens. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of extra towels and linens.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked utility closet.

Everything listed and more

I rented this property with my father and brother in law for a “men’s getaway.” The decor and cleanliness of the property is 110% accurate to the listing pictures. It was completely spotless and truly has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. So many details accounted for that I cannot list them all. Just to name a few: -plenty of glassware/plate ware -gorgeous decor/accommodating furniture -comfortable sleeping arrangements -ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS upon checkin -high speed Wi-Fi and smart home features (garage door opener app, led lights, remote controlled fans and lights) The list goes on and on. But last but not least, Travis is a world class host. Very responsive, accommodating, caring, and attentive to your needs. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to experience the best of Houston from a phenomenal location, with a world class host, in a stunning and clean smart home!

Very nice home

Wife and I stayed with 2 adult sons and their GF’s. Wife is a clean freak and was very happy as the place was spotless. Very nice decor, comfy beds, great master BR and bath, TV’s in the BR’s. Having the app for the garage door opener was very convenient as I could open it remotely for everyone. Owner was very responsive when we had minor questions. Will definitely stay again in the future.
