I stayed at this location on a whim for a job interview. The place is actually cuter than stated and the host is beyond communicative. She was so helpful during my short stay and always checked on me throughout the process to make sure I arrived and had everything I needed along the way. The location is easily walkable to the nearby CVS for last minute items. The 500 bus from IAH was the perfect affordable recommendation paired with a quick, cheap uber from the convention center to the property. The place is central to many key places in Houston. I already told my other FA friends about the spot if they need a place to stay. 10/10 for sure. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Room and amenities were *exactly* what they needed to be for a good stay in Houston! Kat was communicative about check-in and check-out and was happy to adjust a few small things in my stay if needed. Overall, really happy with my stay, especially with the good pricing!

I attended a conference at the Convention center. It was an easy mile walk over and back with many restaurant options in the downtown area. Parking on the street just outside the complex was safe and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was a great communicator.

This property is smaller than a hotel room. When you open the door the bed is right in front of you. 1 chair, no couch. The supposed kitchen had no supplies - no paper towels or anything you need in a kitchen. The sink was the size of a bathroom sink.. No silverware or bigger utensils had to use lousy plastic utensils. We had to ask for dish soap and bowls to heat up our soup. Microwave was tiny. Refrigerator was a wine cooler not a fridge only 1 shelf and no freezer so we couldn't have ice. The bathroom was so small the toilet was practically in the tub. Parking was bad. Only 2 guest spots which were always taken. We had to walk a block to park on the street. Would never stay there again. This place is hardly big enough for 1 person let alone 2. This place was not represented accurately at all.

Great little spot, very clean. Owner was very responsive. We walked to Minute Maid Park for baseball games and ubered by at night after hanging out downtown. Restaurants and breweries in walking distance.

Perfect location for Minute Maid!

We stayed here for a concert at Minute Maid Park & it was the perfect location for us! Super close to the stadium & avoids a lot of the traffic. Very clean and well kept. We would stay here again!
