Electricity was terrible in the kitchen we couldn’t fry our food with our fryers On the second day our internet completely shut off Oven didn’t work our biscuits were ruined because we couldn’t cook house needs major upgrades but it’s nice

The property is older home but with much life. The check in was amazing. The host was amazing. There’s plenty of room. There’s neighbor hood stores within reach. It’s a family neighborhood and the neighbors across the street are so sweet. It was perfect for my family rooms are spacious. We enjoy the outdoors. So the back yard and the inner porch was just what we needed. There’s a grill on the property so we cooked out which saved us money. There is a spacious pool but we didn’t use due to the weather. But overall it was a good experience and definitely worth the time and money. I will book again

Needs a lot of work

The property was in much need of repair. Bricks coming loose from window frame near pool. Tiles coming up around pool. Pool itself was not in good shape due to decaying floor and sides of pool, also lots of debris in pool. The Awning near over the seating area on the deck area by the pool is totally torn, moldy and unusable. This same awning is not attached to the floor so sitting under it we felt like we were at risk of it collapsing on top of us. Inside the house was very austere. Poor lighting. We called owner about internet not running and were instructed to unplug and replug in router. Beds themselves were comfortable which was the most redeeming feature of this property. Very minimal closet space, and one of the closets didn't even have a hanging rod for hanging clothes. Luckily we were in the house primarily to sleep but also to visit at the end of some long days. Visiting was difficult as the outside area around the pool was so uninviting. I was definitely embarrassed with my family by my selection of this property. This could be a nice place if some money were put into it but as is, very poor.

golf trip

the house was great the pool was perfect and the outdoor area was awesome. The only issue we had was the kitchen did not have things you need to cook and serve dinner, utensils were sparce only 3 forks, no bowls to mix a salad in and frying pans we not the greatest. over all though for 4 guys that were there to golf it was just great

Adequate for our needs

Overall, our stay there was adequate for our needs. We needed 4 bedrooms at a reasonable price and that is what we got. When one of our members accidentally locked us out of the house, they were responsive and got us back in the house pretty quickly. Overall it was a good experience, but could have been better. The reasons we didn’t give it 5 stars were: * The house was clearly an older house that had been upgraded, but there were a few little things that were done cheaply… thin doors, minimal landscaping, electrical fixtures in master bath * The kitchen was not well-supplied. Minimum silverware without a silverware tray, no measuring cups or mixing bowls, minimum coohing utensils, generally older pots/pans, etc. We only cooked breakfast there, but bigger meals would have probably been more disappointing with lack of options. * The bed in the master was a bit too firm for our liking, so woke up a few times Overall, our stay was fine, but having stayed at other VRBOs where more finishing touches were paid attention to, it definitely could have been better.
