It was clean and it had the typical Candlewood mattress, which I love. That is where the similarities end. The room was very cramped, and the laundry is not free as with other Candlewood Suites. The location was good.

The first room we check into smell animal urine. The front desk personnel switch us to another room. The second room toilet did not. The hall smell. Will never stay at this property

There was no breakfast and they where remodeling the hotel so every time we took a shower water would come on the bathroom floor from the shower wall and also the bathroom was super small will not stay there again. And the wasn’t no ice machines In the hotel and the and there wasn’t no ice trays in the refrigerator. refrigerator.rete

Our reservation was for a king size bed with a sofa. Upon arrival, we were given a king size bed with a chair. Goes without saying a two and a six year old can’t sleep on that. Had them give us the correct room but water was literally raining down from a light fixture in the bathroom so I asked them for a third room. They did not have any of the rooms we reserved available so we had to go with two queens in order to get a sofa. Personally, we will not be staying there again considering the incompetency in providing us the room we reserved. The rooms are fairly nice and the lady at the front desk was nice I will say. But considering the reservation issues and water coming pouring out of a fixture in the bathroom, we will be staying somewhere else in the future.

Nice size room and stay was manageable don’t this time not being at hotel extended about of time. But there were a couple water bugs in room and rest of the accommodation was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. There was no breakfast available. Just coffee and no lids. So kid was bummed

The room was "updated" but not well. The air conditioning cover was laying on the floor when I arrived to the room. There were stains on the towels. Huge gap under the room doorway and extremely loud halls and doors from other guest. The front desk agent at checkout looked like he had been sleeping and wasn't very helpful. I will never stay at this property again.
