Creepy guy in the gazebo on the property was there the entire time of stay. As you walk through the front doors, matts were ratty, first sign of what was to be. Room was small, lighting in bathroom dim, carpet in room was very stained, toilet seat had pee on it, towels were thin and tiny, no bathroom trashcan, no plastic cups, no ice bucket, one tiny shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast downstairs was coffee and choice of a granola bar or a flavorless muffin. If you want cheap and the basics and an icky room, stay here. Never again. I will say the guy at the desk was very kind.

In this for contract work and stayed here for 5 days. Quiet and comfortable. Accessible to work area of my contract. Clean and accommodated for what was needed.

My room was not ready at checking when I was able to get into the room it stank and the carpet was filthy I refused the room they gave me another with linoleum floors I ended up buying cleaners a mop broom and disinfectant to clean the floors I have pictures they were filthy there were no utensils could not qualify for clean sheets until a week stay the staff was not happy that I politely asked them them about their standard of clean and acceptability of those standards my last night had a leak in the bathroom from the upstairs room running the bathtub over they wanted to spray for insects while I was occupying the room a room where you can only crack the windows the hallways smell very bad and dirty carpet throughout this is not a clean standard and I told them that the carpet Keeps bacteria I feel for those who have to stay but I moved out

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and I was able to store my stuff there while I was waiting for my departing flight. I love extended stay and I would totally stay there again

Took a while to check in as there was only one housekeeper doing all the rooms on a Saturday, but we were trying to check in a little earlier than 3. She finished up a room for us but our second room was not ready until after 3p though which wasn't a problem seeing that we had somewhere to be at that time. They will no longer be serving breakfast. We were told that corporate was stopping it and they were just using up the supplies they had left which was granola bars and coffee. People very much live here with dogs but it isn't run down and the lobby is decorated decent. The beds were comfortable and the night auditor was very nice to bring extra blankets and pillows to our rooms. The rooms were decent sized and the handicapped accessible bathroom was good for my mother who needed the elevated toilet and the grab bar next to it. The price paid was fair for one weekend night. No pool though there is another extended stay less than ten minutes from this property that has an outdoor pool.

The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean however felt like it was cleaned in a hurry. There is a laundry facility on the first floor as well as a gym.

Won’t be returning.

No housekeeping services we’re available due to the coronavirus unless you stayed for 7 days we stayed for 6. There were roaches in the kitchen area of the room the second to the last day we were there. Some of the staff were helpful but one guy in particular was rude every time we would ask for toilet paper, fresh towels, or new sheets. To top it off, police were arresting people by our car and the guy at the front was more interested in watching the police than helping us, as we were told to come back later. He wasn’t even reassuring when we inquired if our car may have been broken into. Luckily it wasn’t.

They has roaches on couch and in bathroom, entry door was dirty with Cheeto puff fingerprints and they cancelled my reservation with giving me notice after I called and confirmed I was going to be late checking in.. then overall refused to contact manger after we insisted 4 times. The clerk said she didn’t know how that would help then finally called.. clearl said they were full when they truly wasn’t. She was holding rooms for other reservations until her manager told her to give us one of the vacant rooms.. I took pictures and called to reply then and as of today NOBODY HAS YET CALL ME BACK. We left and found somewhere else to stay.
