気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
It remained a terrible experience and will not recommend to stay here unless you have no option.
After almost 20 hours Travelling when we entered at the reception at mid night a dog gave us a warm welcome. First of its kind experience. Upon request the receptionist tried to remove the dog but seems he was not much familiar so he called another colleague who helped removing the dog.
The rooms had limited amenities while the condition of equipment were not good. Towel rod was broken and hardly able to bear towel weight itself. The bath tub drainage was not working properly.
The hotel has a wonderful practice of cleaning rooms once a week (as told to us). Perhaps this is an initiative towards green environment by reducing the consumption of detergent and cleaning accessories.
The staff strictly follows No-Smile & No-Courtesy policy as it may be harmful to the guests’ health.
Oh by the way, we accidentally figured out that the above fabulous amenities are only limited to I-45 Candlewood Hotel as one day we mistakenly landed at I-10 Candlewood and the receptionist out there showed great courtesy and guided us professionally with a great smile to find our place.
