The place was not clean and a lot of things broken. Sheets were not clean and had a bad ant problem in the house. The ants were everywhere in kitchen and got over everything.

We were really looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately the condition of the property was disappointing.When we arrived, the home did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the grill had old food in it, and the backyard had plates and cups left out. We also found bugs in the pool filters.Upstairs, there were ants in the shower, and it did not drain properly. The kitchen sink also had drainage issues. Additionally, there were broken blinds left out in the home.Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations for a rental at this price point, and it impacted our experience. The host was responsive, but the issues themselves were significant.I would recommend confirming the current condition of the property before booking.

We took a risk on renting the property based on some reviews left by previous renters and I also talked with the owner / host and he reassured me he had changed cleaners and the house was ready for rent. The communication and check-in process from the owner was excellent.There are some nice items with the property...appliances and electronics (TV, refrigerator, microwave, security systems, master bath shower) have been upgraded. The main challenges are related to the property cleanliness. Examples that should be considered prior to renting to others.- Small ants in kitchen & master bedroom night stand- There were dirty clothes left in the master closet dresser- Carpets in the master bedroom and master bath closet are very dirty and really beyond the point of being able to be cleaned- Master bathroom under the sink was dirty including hair- Master bathroom linen closet was dirty, not cleaned out and contained owners random items on shelves- Bath towels and wash cloth that were provided were rags at best. No sink hand towels were provided. The bathrooms did not include floor mats to step out of the shower onto. My family went to the store and purchased floor mats, towels, hand towels, wash cloth to have something to use- The pillows on the up stairs beds need to be thrown away and replaced. My family purchased new pillows and pillow cases for us to use- Backyard had items scattered all over the yardMy family notified the host and left the property 2 day early.

The property was beautiful. And for the most part it was clean. Until I looked under the dresser in the closet downstairs, there was some overlooked trash. There are mildew like smells under all of the sinks in the house. We had to buy all different types of air freshener. He gave us the wrong wifi code so we didn't have access to the televisions until are 4th day. And wanted to argue me that he gave me the right one. We didn't get any hot water until our 5th day. Then he wants to blame everybody else for the gas bill not being paid. The hot tub/spa the jets are barely blowing and it never heated up. No one took the garbage cans to the front to be emptied, so there's 2 garbage can full of old garbage in the back yard. TV upstairs broke now he trying to look at me as if I did it. The shower head upstairs is not properly hung so it's hanging. He swears he has a cleaning crew, and I had to tell him about burn stains in the carpet. everything going wrong on his property. He did communicate with me, i must say that. No hot water for the majority of our stay. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again!!!
