"We had a group 6 families, 12 adults and 20 kids (aged infant up to 9), and we had the BEST time. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, the game room, and all the space to spread out and play. The parents loved relaxing out on the deck and around the fire pit after bedtime each evening, as well as spending time in or on the water. There was so much space with enough bathrooms and kitchen space for all our needs. The kitchen was so well stocked for cooking and preparing food for a group! We made some incredible memories, and highly recommend this wonderful house to other big groups. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. "

"The tiny house was exactly as pictured. A lot of love and hard work went into it. My neice was having a wedding party at a house on the lake and we were having trouble finding a pet friendly place that wasn’t a five bedroom house. The tiny house was perfect!"

"What a great property! We loved paddleboarding and kayaking, and the views were beautiful. The porch facing the lake was extensive, and had lots of seating for enjoying the view. We also found the check out process to be easy. A bonus for us was that there was lots of parking. Would love to stay here again!"

"The house was so perfect for our group. The views in the cove would be very hard to beat. The area is just super peaceful for how active Smith Lake can be. The inside of the home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so many spaces that groups would get together in. Everyone is already talking about planning another trip to stay at the property!! Thanks for making my 40th bday so special."
