「One Two Four Hotel & Spa was a wonderful surprise. Most places that tout their remodeling & renovations tend to exaggerate. One Two Four looks brand new throughout the hotel. Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as the chef Ashik made presentations of waffles and egg creations that rival Michelin restaurants in Paris. The private spa is a wonderful perc. " The reception staff was very inefficient. Although several staff members were present, they did not work efficiently and often ignored waiting customers. Only one staff member assisted one guest at a time, which caused unnecessary delays. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes just to retrieve my luggage."
