Le personnel, Des complices de la paresse qui anticipent vos moindres désirs avant même que votre cerveau n'ait formulé la demande. Si vous cherchez un hôtel ordinaire, passez votre chemin. Ici, c'est un piège de luxe, on y entre pour un séjour et on veut y déclarer sa résidence principale. Merci à toute l'équipe, vous avez ruiné mes prochains critères de vacances, je reviendrai"

"Nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer et à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre double avec vue partielle. Lorsque nous avons dit que nous avions une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer, ils nous ont indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible. Nous avions pourtant réservé plusieurs mois d’avance. Les employés manquaient grandement de respect et nous répondaient en riant. Le Check-in a été très long et la chambre n’était pas prête à 14h. La musique est extrêmement forte ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. Aussi, les glissades d’eau ne sont ouvertes que de 15h à 17h. Pour finir, la propreté laisse à désirer et la douche coulait tellement sur le sol qu’il fallait mettre plusieurs serviettes."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not acceptable for a hotel service. The reception area was also very smoky because it is next to the bar, and I did not appreciate exposing my children to that environment. What disappointed me most is that the pictures on the website are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. The experience was so unpleasant that I had to leave the hotel the very next morning and did not stay for the remaining nights I had originally booked. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment."

"However bad you think it was from the reviews, uts worse. The internet is non existent. Come here if youre trying to go off grid. You have to pay extra for the gym despite being a hotel customer. Finding The room is like in a maze. No space in the rooms. The toilet is by the bedside. They pay to print boarding pass for 2 euros, they are very money grabbing. Dirty, smells. Horrible Internet. Hot water was not hot, had to call reception. Bedsheets werent changed, you have to pay to get towels for the pools. "

"Well I couldn't not leave a review for this lovely little place. The accommodation is basic yet spacious and has everything you need for a self catering break. Excellent location, lovely staff, lovely gardens and greenery and amazing price. I will definitely be back."

"Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training"
