「We checked into our room, no problem. We left and when we came back we discovered our door did not lock, inside or the door itself. Went to the office, had to move rooms, saw maintenance person in hall as we were leaving and he said they have had that problem. Went to on-site restaurant, told there was a 20 min wait. That's ok, we waited over 40 min and left. Will never go there again.」
