The main level boasts soaring windows in the enclosed Arkansas room that invite the outdoors in, creating a "treehouse" atmosphere. Relax in plush, cozy seating—perfect for getting lost in a good book. This 2-story townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, you have the master bedroom with a King sized bed and the master bathroom, the Living room/ Kitchen with a nice sunroom.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the Third bedroom has a Full sized bed and a trundle bed. There is access to the covered back deck from downstairs.

We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
Coffee pods provided for the Keurig coffee maker

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
