This charming lake house has it all for the fisherman, golfer, and even silently brooding teenager in your life: wonderful location on the second largest (but best fishing) lake in the Village. This house offers two kayaks, its own boat slip, amenities by the boatload (pun intended), fishing gear should you want to fish off the boat slip, beautiful yet comfortable décor, 5 flat-screen smart TVs including a new 65" Nano Cell smart TV in the living room, cable with 380 channels, streaming TV account access on all the TVs so you can just log in and continue whatever you were watching at home, high speed wireless internet, easy access to several beautiful golf courses, a close walking trail to the Coronado Rec Center, and so much more. The owners have literally added all their favorite comforts and amenities for their guests to enjoy, including electronics, and fantastic beds.

Every bedroom has heated mattress pads, premium bedding, flat screen smart-TVs, extra HDMI free cables to attach other electronics you might bring from home, and so much more.

Stereo -Wireless Bose Bluetooth speaker available for use in the Living Room.

Video Games -We have a Playstation 3 with games and every TV has an extra HDMI cable already attached and run the through the wall for any other devices guests might want to connect.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
