I stayed 4 nights, the place was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The host, Laura, was very kind and helpful when I needed anything. The parking situation was confusing at first, but I was able to get that figured out. Absolutely recommend staying here. It is very close to parks and other activities. Thank you Laura for being such an amazing host!

Perfect Location

The property was quiet and clean. The Air Conditioner for the unit was whisper-quiet and kept the room cool during the hot summer days. Everything was within arm's reach and easily accessible. I felt safe and secure in the area. The bed was extra big and comfy. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent place to stay even with the thunderstorms and flood warnings in Hot Springs over the weekend. Races were canceled Saturday due to the weather conditions. Could go to the casino! Will come back.

The area was great. Where we stayed was close to so much but not on top of everything. The room was small but not bad in size for what we wanted. Only problems where the parking spots and trash were not marked like I was told and it wasn’t super clean. Had to rewash all dishes used because they were dirty and found trash under the couch. Check in and out was an easy process. Host was quick to respond when I would reach out and that was great.
