1 Bed/ 2 Bath condo
You'll love this updated, centrally located lakefront condo with gorgeous water views from every room!!! Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views...from the couch, bed, or patio--you decide where! This condo features one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress AND 2 full sized bathrooms which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. With Oaklawn, many restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs within minutes, you're sure to enjoy yourself here!! The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2025. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2026. This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Nice condo right on the lake. Porch is great for coffee by the water and the TV was perfect for Sunday football on a rainy afternoon. Easy access to downtown and outdoor activities.

A Rest Haven

The place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet which is what I prefer and the neighbors were friendly. Distance to restaurants and attractions were short! The view is lovely from the condos. I caught good sunrises and sunsets. You can get a broader view of sunsets by going right across the street to Bubba's. Oh and the Vault restaurant was excellent in fine dining recommended by host. I went there for my 50th and it was top notch.

Peaceful sanctuary
