The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for both comfort and style. The living room offers plush seating, a sleek fireplace, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Just steps away, the dining area features a modern table perfect for sharing meals or game nights, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a spacious island, and all the essentials for cooking up your favorite dishes. It's the perfect setup for gathering and making memories together.

- Bedroom 1: King suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and an ensuite walk-in rain shower
- Bedroom 2: Two queen beds (bunk style) with ensuite bath

★★ Heated Pool & Outdoor Living ★★
Our new private pool is the heart of the backyard. Steps away, the private dock gives you direct access to Lake Hamilton for swimming, fishing, or docking your boat. Upstairs, the rooftop deck has plush lounge seating and panoramic lake views, made for morning coffee and sunset drinks.

Pool heat is an optional add-on ($100/day, October through Memorial Day). Request it at least 48 hours before arrival. Details are in Other things to note.

Pool Heating Policy
- Pool heat is available by request.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to request pool heating. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are not guaranteed and will incur an additional $50 fee.
- The pool heater has a maximum temperature setting of 90°F.
- Pool heat is not guaranteed when outside temperatures are below 50°F.
- Pool heat is $100/day and must be scheduled for the duration of your stay.
- Please do not adjust or tamper with the pool equipment. If you experience any issues with the pool or pool heating system, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
- Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Please note that the bunk room sits on the 3rd floor but there is no door.

A few quick notes for a smooth stay:

- Please sign our short rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. The name and ID should match the reservation.
- Bag all trash and roll the cans to the curb the night before pickup. The city charges a $100 fine for loose trash.
- You're in nature! Deer, geese and occasionally other wildlife visit, so please don't leave food outside.
- We're available 8 AM–11 PM. Overnight emergency contacts for plumbing and HVAC are in your guidebook and check-in message.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:

**Note the photos in the listing show windows in bedrooms with no window coverings. Blinds have been ordered and are set to be installed the middle of May. In the meantime, please proceed knowing the master bedroom does not have window coverings.**
