Grown up bachelorette weekend

The unit was comfortable and well located. The access of the bathroom through a bedroom was a tad awkward, but I traveled with a good friend….so it worked out. I left coffee w/filter so the next renter doesn’t have to wait till a store opens. All in all it’s a good price for the one of my favorite areas.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
The property was very clean, well appointed, had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the space. We could walk to the Omni Homestead where did a few activities and that was nice. A few notes, knives need sharpening and one of the windows in the living room was not able to be shut all the way, which added to some noise, and turning up the heat. All in all, great stay!

Wild and Wonderful Hot Springs!
My husband and I stayed in the Main Street Apartment a few weekends back for our anniversary. It was fantastic and we will absolutely be coming back! The apartment is literal steps from the Homestead, across the street from a great pub/bar and next door to an ABC store. We had such a great time!

Hot Springs Apartment
Our stay was great. The Main Street apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Access was easy and the downtown Hot Springs shops (plus the Homestead) were right there - an easy walk to everything. We'd definitely stay there again.

Good apartment in Hot Springs for families
Very clean and well stocked apartment. Good communication with owner who provided all information for check in well in advance as well as other local tips. Location great to get to local attractions and restaurants and right next to Homestead resort. Layout of bedrooms best for families. Would definitely return.

nice place with little privacy
It was a really nice, spacious, charming apartment, and Pat was very responsive and easy to work with. The one thing we were dissatisfied with was that the second bedroom had no access to the apartment except through the first bedroom, and this was not mentioned in the ad. It was a very unexpected inconvenience . It should be highlighted in the ad. Privacy for everyone was compromised.

Had a wonderful stay. Loved the fire place! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. There are several restaurants and a market eight next to the apartment and the Homestead is a 5min walk. We definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Stayed there with my sister and mother for a girls weekend. Loved being able to walk across the street to the brewery and next-door two great restaurants. Everyone was so friendly. There are about 22 stairs to get up to this apartment just keep that in mind considering who you might be traveling with. But it had everything that we needed and I would definitely stay here again. Patrick was great And responded quickly to any questions.

Lovely apartment overlooking quiet town
We spent the weekend exploring Bath County, Va and Greenbrier County, WV. It was a wonderful escape from the crazy world we live in with Covid, Afghanistan, and natural disasters. We turned off all devices as much as we could and found some peace in this part of our wonderful country.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
We spent 4 amazing days!! The apartment is beautiful, big (2 very spacious bedrooms), cozy, spotless, and close to restaurants and a trail (really steps away). Fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Patrick was very helpful, check in process easy, ole tu of parking across the street. Definitively coming back.

Spacious Apartment and Perfect Location
The apartment was immaculate and very roomy. It was located right across the street from a brewery that served excellent food and had space outside for my kids to run around. Hot Springs and the surrounding Allegheny Highlands provide amazing views and plenty of outdoor activities. Will definitely try to book again in the future.

Great Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and suited our family weekend very well. We stayed here 7 years ago too so it was our 2nd time. The apartment is pretty spacious and it made our overall trip enjoyable. Pat was prompt and friendly in communicating with me when I had a question and so was a great host. The small kitchen area was nice and suited us for our extended weekend just fine. With 3 children and outdoor activities for our stay it was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our this first time staying in a apartment style rental in a downtown area. Lots of room. Very unique. It is down the street from the Homestead and across the street from Bacova brewery. Very convenient to restaurants. Different but enjoyable.

Came for the weekend on a whim to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment was clean and spacious and filled with amenities and charm. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The location was amazing, across the street from a fabulous brewery and steps from Deer Lich trailhead and the Homestead resort. We will absolutely return!

Cozy winter getaway
Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. We had a lot of fun in spite of abysmal weather. We wandered around the Homestead grounds and common areas of the hotel. A staircase at the intersection of Main Street and 220 leads to a trail and nice viewpoint of the hotel and the Deerpark Trail loop, which took us about 2 hrs to hike. We also loved hiking along the Jackson River in Hidden Valley. A few tips about the kitchen setup that I always find helpful in reviews: pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc... were all in great condition. There were plenty of sharp knives, spatulas, etc... for cooking along with a roll of paper towels and napkins. There was salt and pepper but no oil, ketchup packets, etc... We look forward to coming back in better weather to explore the viewpoints that were shrouded in fog during our stay.

Holiday Getaway
We spent a few days between Christmas and New Years at this terrific apartment, very comfortable, and nice home base to nearby hiking and visiting the Hot Springs Resort. It was an easy drive from the DC area. Enjoyed sampling beers across the street at Bacova Beer Company and Les Cochons restaurant just below. Walked up to the Resort for dinner at the Jefferson one night, beautiful hotel, impressive and lovely decorations. We did one 3.5mile loop hike that departed from the Resort one morning - great to see the surrounding area, including ski lodge. Easy drive to view Falling Springs Falls, and Humpback Bridge sights, nearby small towns. Next day ventured just north to Warm Springs for a terrific hike around Hidden Valley starting at the Cobbler Mountain Trail where there is parking at the trailhead. Crossed three bridges and enjoyed beautiful forest and valley, other sights. About 5mi, two teens and our black lab made it fine. Apartment comfortable has everything needed, and Patrick a fantastic host. Highly recommend, and will be even nicer as things open back up after the 2020 pandemic.

Location is perfect. Great host. Great fireplace and condo has a lot of charm. Could not have been better. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Brewery across the street is really convenient and has great beer which is another plus.

Great apartment in Hot Springs!
Weekend away with family and puppy. Apartment was very clean, nicely equipped and location was perfect for exploring the Hot Springs area. Bavco Brew across the street was fantastic! Highly recommend a trip to Douthat State Park. Nice trail behind the apartment but didn't explore local trails too much due to deer hunt weekend. Would recommend rental to others!

Probably your best bet in Hot Springs
The place is terrific; reasonably-priced and centrally located. Patrick was kind enough to point out an absolutely wonderful hiking trailing not far from his place that we enjoyed so much we walked our dogs there two days in a row. Only minus: we requested a later check-out and he was inflexible. But overall, this place is very, very nice and a bargain at the price.
