In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This beautiful single level home sits on just under 300 feet of lakefront property overlooking gorgeous Lake Hamilton. The location just off the main channel on a quiet cove with little boat traffic makes this house perfect for swimming and outdoor activities, house comes with 2 Kayaks for enjoying the lake. The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2 decks and a lovely sunroom with which to enjoy the evening sunset. With 2 master suites, a queen bedroom, and a room with a set of bunk beds with a trundle, it's perfect for multiple families. The main house also includes 2 wide screen tv'. The adjacent cottage only 20 feet from the main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1 queen bed and 3 sets of bunk beds. There is a small kitchen with fridge coffee maker and microwave for you. The cottage also includes a Ping Pong table, Foosball table for entertaining the kids. Uverse programming and wifi for all of the property. The double dock accomodates 2 or more boats and has a great swim deck with awesome views. For a getaway at the lake, this house has it all! Minimum rental - 2 night rental off season, 3 night summer.

Perfect large lake house

This place was perfect for a large family get together. The cottage was great for the kids. The main house had large living room for everyone to visit. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Relaxing house on the lake

This house had plenty of room for 3 couples to sleep & relax. The view from the patio was so peaceful.We enjoyed watching the geese in the lake. We enjoyed the sun room that had 2 couches set up for conversations. While needing some updates, it did not distract from our wonderful stay The location was near Garvan Gardens & downtown. We look forward to future stays.

48th Anniversary

This was a perfect place for us! The cottage was perfect for the six granddaughters and the 3 grandsons slept in the bedroom with the bunk beds in the big house. We all had plenty of space and had a wonderful time!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was spacious, clean and we really enjoyed the lakefront view. We were able to spend an afternoon kayaking in the lake. This property is in a good central location for Hot Springs/central Arkansas activities.

Great Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. We had four families including a dozen grandchildren stay at the property. The kids had fun with grandma in the guest house playing ping pong and fuseball, while the adults had plenty of space for cards and games in the main house. Location was convenient and we spent a day at the Hot Springs National Park activities. With family in Texas and the Midwest, this was an excellent location for us to gather. We enjoyed our stay!

5 couples on vacation. House was plenty large enough to accommodate all of us easily. View from the house and boat dock was impressive. There were a couple broken light fixtures and other little things wrong when we arrived but overall everyone was extremely happy with the house.

Great place for all ages

We had a group of 9, 4 generations ages 6-88. Everyone had a great time. Main house is all on one level, and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Water fun for everyone. Kayaking, swiming, fishing.

The house was huge!! I carpet was stinky and smelled. The sunroom smelled moldy. Not enough washcloths for all guest. Need a firepit bad. Over all the house was nice and fit my huge family and still had room.

Perfect Fall family trip

This was the perfect place for our large, multigenerational family gathering. There were so many lovely sleeping, gathering, eating, & game playing spaces. The outdoor space could not be beat. 2 fabulous decks next to the house had perfect views of the lake. The dock was our favorite hangout. The kids launched the kayaks from there, jumped off for swimming & our littles were able to swim & wade near the rock wall & loved digging for clams & other treasures. We had a wonderful time & would love to rent it again.

MUCH better than expected !!

1- The owner was fantastic with communication!!! 2- Pictures do NOT do this house/cabin justice ! This place is beautiful!!! Very clean beds and other areas. Mattresses were super comfortable. The “cabin” is another house in itself !! We had 6 couples and 4 kids under age of 4. Plenty of privacy and room to scatter. The sunroom and sunrise view was amazing . Will stay again !!!!!!

Nice stay!

The home was nice for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the deck, swimming area and boat dock. We had plenty areas for our large family. Although there were a number of issues - very loud squeaky dryer, ice maker not functioning, leaking toilet, broken banister railing around deck with a very steep drop off. Hard wood floors and tiled areas were not clean. If these issues were fixed i would rent this home again but not sure I would with so many things that need attention.

Great getaway!

Comfortable beds, relaxing screened in porch. This place gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from the porch out of the sun and you can still monitor the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. We brought our bikes but unfortunately the hills were too steep for us to ride. Jason was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We had 6 kids ages 12-18 and they had a blast. We even took them thrift shopping and they loved it! Plenty antique and thrift shops around within 5 miles

Overall a nice place. Dock was great to end our days with cocktails enjoying the sunshine after a day of golf. The house furniture needs replaced, sofa’s are uncomfortable. The carpet is worn or maybe just needs cleaned. We felt that the various entrance doors need rugs to limit the “tracking” in! We had plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked with coffee pots, pots/pans, etc. We didn’t use the cottage but it would be perfect for kids and teens to hang out.

Lake Hamilton lake house

Absolutely love this property!! This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home! It is so perfect for our large group! I love that the kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessities to accommodate cooking for a large group! There were 4 adults and 2 adolescents that stayed (very comfortably) in the guest cottage beside the house. Our group ranged in age 8-71 yrs old and everyone said their beds were super comfy! The large double covered boat dock was great since we brought 2 ski boats and a seado. We did leave all the trailers at the boat ramp all week, although if needed we could have easily fit them (along with the 5 vehicles) In parking area at the property! We had a couple of questions through out the week that we had to call property owners and he (Jason) was very prompt to respond and kindly help us.

The location, cleanliness,parking, kitchen and everything else was great. We went as a family of 16 ranging in age from 7 to 62. Everyone had something to do and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend it .
