Welcome to your retreat in this stunning top-floor apartment, featuring breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton that enhance your getaway experience. The spacious living room invites you to relax on a comfortable couch that also serves as extra sleeping space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, complete with an espresso machine and Keurig for your morning coffee fix!
Share meals in the dining area, which seats four and includes a unique hand-carved wine rack to display your local winery finds.
The cozy bedroom offers a queen-size bed and storage for your belongings, ensuring a restful stay. Enjoy the first bathroom’s jetted spa tub or refresh in the second bathroom`s walk-in shower, which includes a convenient washer/dryer.
Step outside to the covered patio, featuring outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for enjoyable al fresco dining. Plus, take advantage of easy access to a shared boat dock with two slips, making it simple to explore the lake. Brooklynn`s Bay is the ideal spot for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends!
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
There is only 1 assigned parking space `A` for this Condo. All others must park in gravel above if available.

Solid base for our short trip

Good location, about 10-12 minute drive into downtown Hot Springs. The property is probably better suited for 2 guests than a family (our son slept on the sofa) but generally good set up. Nice, convenient walk to the Funtracks place for mini-golf etc. Rated this a bit lower due to the difficulty accessing the dock which, for a lakeside listing seems like something that people would want to use. The stairs are STEEP and there are many of them (fine for us, but FYI if you have older people or folks with mobility issues). The stairs and dock also seem a bit old/worn out, with some rotting wood, split boards, and stray nails etc poking around. Again, we were okay but someone not paying attention, a young kid, or someone going here in the warmer weather without shoes or something could have issues. The host was responsive when we had issues (e.g., no internet, locating extra pillows/bedding for the sofa). All in all, this was a solid base for our visit.

Not quite what I was expecting

Don't get me wrong, the place is nice. Especially the kitchen and the dining room. However, the view is not what was shown in the pictures, but that wasn't even the big problem. The problem was the smell, which I can't even describe. I kept hoping I'd get used to it, but after two hours, I couldn't take it anymore and we left and didn't come back. We probably would have toughed it out if we were from out of town, but we are local and we had a choice of where to stay (home or here) and we chose home.

Cute, Comfy, & Welcoming!

My husband and I visited this condo in June for a 3 night stay! It was not disappointing! The balcony view was amazing at sunset, the bed was extra comfortable! My only suggestion would be to install a TV in the bedroom LOL! We'll certainly return to this property. "Michael" was the BEST HOST EVER!

Loved staying at Brooklyn's Bay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brooklyn's Bay. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The deck looking over the lake was perfect for sipping coffee and relaxing. We loved that the kitchen was well-equipped to cook meals. The bed and bedding were so comfortable the internet worked well and being able to do laundry was a plus! The area was quiet and peaceful and close to everything and when we didn't want to cook or go out, Doordash delivered. We had a lovely 10 days there and Michael is an excellent host! We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Cozy, Quiet, Perfect getaway to Unwind

The condo was just what I needed. The design and layout was absolutely stunning! All the natural lighting was tranquil. The balcony overlooking the lake made for the most relaxing evenings watching the sunset. I will most certainly be back for another visit soon. Thanks for being a great host.

Everything is Not as It Seems

Positives - A very quaint, cute and SUPER CLEAN place. The view from the outside deck was amazing. The apartment is small but decorated and furnished extremely well. Negatives - Parking, trash and rubbish outside. Poor lighting on stairs at night. Women's panties in the parking lot. The biggest issue we had was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the unit. It is a non-smoking unit, but it still smelled. We ended up leaving one night early because the smells were causing my husband some breathing issues. Coffee cups chipped but other than that, there was a beautiful selection of dinnerware on the table for use. Reported to the owner and he assured us it was non-smoking. At one point thought it might be the room deodorizers, but no change after unplugging them for a day. We left the unit spotless, clean, towels washed, and sheets folded. The owner stated that he would be rating us on cleanliness, so there shouldn't be any problem there.

Our stay

We rented this property for our son on his wedding night. Their response was it was ok but would not stay there again. It was very rowdy and got up to neighbors in some type of altercation and had to leave in a hurry. Worried about safety . I never received check in information, once I contacted the owner he was nice and gave me the information immediately but was not a seamless experience at all. I know you can’t always control your neighbors, however there is an expected level of safety and comfort. Give them a chance, when our son complained he was told the neighbors would no longer be living there. Wont change our stay, but maybe yours will be better. View was great!
