「Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms.
We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team.
We would definitely recommend, and would return.」

「The Garden Room in Banningham is an oasis of calm in a quiet Norfolk village.
It is the ultimate example of a modern Self Catering Holiday in a cleverly converted old building with an up-to-date fully fitted, open plan kitchen-diner/lounge, and a king-size bedroom with ensuite wet room.
The garden provides a restful area complete with a good sized patio with sun-loungers, outside table and chairs and a BBQ (for those of you who can't wait to show off your culinary skills.
