「Jean made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully clean and fully stocked with teas, coffees etc. Only a 20 minute walk to the pier. Ideal after enjoying a hearty breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「Great breakfast and attention from Hannah and her brilliant mum. Room was fantastic with massive bed and all the facilities including a mini fridge. Located in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, close to the beach and the Norfolk Broads. A totally relaxing and off grid area to get away and enjoy.」

「We use this lovely hotel regularly for visits to our family. My only comment would be that the rooms could benefit from a full length mirror, but other than that, no complaints at all.」

「The room was spotless and cleaned every day. It is minutes from the seafront. Check in and out was so easy and everyone was very friendly. i didn't have en-suite as I was in the single room but the separate toilets and shower were just at the end of the hall and were cleaned everyday. The only downside was there is a small window overlooking the indoor stairwell in the room and if the hall lights are on it shines into the room. They have tried to counteract this with a blind but it still lights...

「My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze. I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future. This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard.」
