For land-based explorers, the surrounding hills beckon with over 4 miles of groomed trails filled with wildflowers, whispering trees, and awe-inspiring vistas. Biking and hiking may never be the same! About an hour away, Fredericksburg, often referred to as the "Napa Valley of Texas, has become a premier destination for wine enthusiasts, offering a unique blend of Southern hospitality, German traditions, and world-class wines.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle with additional parking in front of the building on a first come, first served basis. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Trailer parking is available at Lake LBJ Marina.
• Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill and boat, jet ski, and paddle board rentals at the marina which are open to the public.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the breezeway.
• The building has an elevator maintained by the Condo Association. Elevator outages are beyond our control. Note that this unit is on the 1st floor and will require walking up stairs if the elevator is out of service.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
