「Lovely 4 night stay here, very clean and had everything we needed, Beds were very comfortable, parking on the front for two cars was very tight but we managed ii. The previous person had stayed signed into Netflix and locked the screen so unfortunately we weren’t able to use our account on there in the evening Overall a lovely stay and would return.」

「I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too. I would use again next time I'm in the area. 」

「The house was clean and well presented. The unfortunate thing for us is that it wasn’t as accessible as I first read. The downstairs bathroom was just a toilet and as my husband cannot climb stairs this was an issue as zi had to strip wash him every day in the toilet. The outside beams need replacing as they have rotted and are uneven. My husband fell off his Mobility scooter during our holiday and broke his arm. 「The Sandy Feet Retreat was a beautiful property and in a great location. It was very clean and fully equipped for all your needs. The only downside with The Bay is the wooden sleepers used for the drive. They have them on all the properties and they are very uneven and extremely slippery when wet. Not great for people with mobility problems. Other than that a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend to others.」

「Sandy Bay hideaway is in a great position, close to the pool, shop, pub and path to the beach, but is still very quite and relaxing. We enjoyed our trip, but sandy bay was visibly run down and just felt a little tired, with what looked like mould on my sons bedroom carpet floor, the bed bases looked old and mould round both shower floors / screens, a lot of paint work scuffed / faded in every room and some of the kitchen equipment / drawers were dirty and / or damaged, as well as the master...

「We had a couple of problems during our stay. Our hosts were on holiday in a rrmote part of the country so communication could be delayed because of poor mobile connection. However they curtailed their holiday and rectified matters as soon as they were able. I would certainly stay there again as The sawmill is very centraal, shops nearby and close to transport hubs. Highly recommmended despite the problems we had.」
