"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had an ongoing issue with check in for months prior to our arrival. Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

8/10 Good

"Nice place, free pool entrance, kids club Minus - the sofa very uncomfortable Happy with stay and services, just the bed quality was not good."

Osada Śnieżka

8/10 Good

"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"

Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba

8/10 Good

"Hotel czysty i zadbany. Zaskakująco słaba izolacja dźwiękowa między pokojami. Śniadania i kolacja smaczne, urozmaicone. Efekt popsuła obsługa, która z założonymi rękawiczkami lateksowym i na dłonie, najpierw ścierką powycierala elementy bufetu a następnie tymi samymi poukładała pieczywo. Obrzydliwe."
