**Review: A Nightmare Vacation Experience**
I regret to say that our stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. The place was utterly unclean and infested with spiders, ants, and wasps, making our vacation miserable. We had children with us, and the constant fear of spider bites overshadowed what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. Each room had 4 to 5 spiders, indicating a complete lack of pest control inside the home.
To make matters worse, my wife was bitten by a spider on her shoulder, resulting in an extreme allergic reaction. This incident caused significant distress and required immediate medical attention, further ruining our vacation.
We had to spend the first two days cleaning the house ourselves because it was in such poor condition. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had hoped to spend our time relaxing, not scrubbing and sanitizing every room.
Adding to the frustration, there was no check-in manual or guidance on how to set up the WiFi, making our arrival even more stressful. The outdoor area was equally unusable, covered in spider webs, and there was a nest of hornets right at the main entrance. This made it impossible for us to enjoy the outdoors safely.
Despite multiple complaints, the management company did not respond at all. The only response we received was someone leaving a spray can at the main door, which was far from a satisfactory solution.
Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing.
