The guest house was very convenient for the airport but not noisy. Plenty of places close by for a meal. Parking was available as stated but in January with no other cars there was still a charge of £10/night. Bathroom extractor fan was not working so the ceiling was quite mouldy and the holder for the shower head was broken and just balanced in place. It didn't stay there once the water was turned on. The general conditions were scruffy but all this was reflected in the price.

The room was spacious and comfortable although overall cleanliness was poor. We were woken around midnight with shouting and banging on doors. Coffee and tea making facilities with no milk and sugar. No hot water in the morning so unable to have a shower prior to a long haul flight

Basic Bathroom smelled unclean and used Shower was cold Staff sid tgeir bedt to check us in and out, but their EAL level hampered this Good price to leave the car while we were away The trees overhanging the car/car park meant the car was filthy on our return, needing several cleans to remove tress sap and bird droppings Nice pubs/eateries within walking distance-shame there wasn't any indication of this from All Seasons Limited/awkwardly placed plug sockets No bedside table Decent quality hot drink making facilities and a fridge Quiet Easy transport link to Gatwick -shame this information was not on hand from the hotel

You get what you pay for

Check in was easy, however we did not get the room we booked (3 single beds and 1 double). When I questioned this I was told the room we had booked had just been given to someone else. We were offered to have an additional room for an extra charge, which we declined. We were then offered another room for free but we had to wait until midnight in case anyone else showed up. Not ideal when you have children. The room we had was extremely hot and the thermostats on the radiators were broken. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep so asked if the heating could be turned off, they had to turn all the heating off in the hotel. In the morning we had showers the bathroom was a little grimey and the shower was either scalding or freezing. It is extremely close to the airport and the staff were kind and tried to be helpful.

The front door lock broke during our stay, leaving us trapped inside. A staff member spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it, but when we asked to use another exit, we were told we couldn’t — even though he used it himself. Eventually, he woke another guest and had us climb out through their window to leave. This showed a complete lack of care for guests’ safety and wellbeing. We were also late for our flight because of the incident and contacted the guest house multiple times for a refund, which they repeatedly refused. Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 3pm when check in is after 1pm, to find the room wasn't ready. After waiting we were shown to our room which wasn't the room I'd booked/paid for. I'd paid for a family room which was more money and was given a standard double. On check-in we were told we had to pay £10 parking fee which is not listed anywhere on the booking. When requesting a refund for the difference the guest house point blank refused. The place is dirty and very dated and not worth the money but ideal location for a gatwick trip!

The hotel is very handy for the airport however, had it not been for another guest letting me in I’m not sure how I would have gotten into the property. Both phone numbers on the sign outside the property were not answered. When I got into the reception, there was no one there. I eventually found another phone number beside the key return box inside that got me through to someone. Eventually (about 5ish minutes after calling) someone came to check me in. After a long haul flight this was not ideal.

Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente
