ホープウェルのアパート

「Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.」

「Super clean! Had just about everything we needed to sleep and cook. Loved the neighborhood as well. Would definitely book again.」

「The apartment was horrible when I walked in no sheets on the bed 」

「Apartment was very dog friendly and great eating opportunities very close by.」

「A strong smell of smoke pervades the building, and is still strong in the unit itself. The smell stuck to my clothes after I left. The dryer was not functional so it wasn't possible to do laundry in the unit. Additionally, the hot water in the shower lasted for only a few minutes. The smell, no usable laundry and not being able to take a comfortable shower made for an uncomfortable stay. I also suspect that the listing location is not accurate, this unit is much closer to the highway then it...

「I had food but nowhere to put it because of the fridge situation no oven & the AC wasn’t doing great I was hot my whole stay」

「Great location and wonderful layout Beautifully appointed Would definitely rent this property again」

「Hasan was a fabulous host. He was very committed to making our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Location is amazing and within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and districts.」

「A great 2-night stay in Richmond. The apartment was great: clean, quiet, well appointed and comfortable. The host was extremely kind, helpful and responsive - made it super easy! Located near the museums, convenient to downtown, airport and Universities. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Will book again next time I am in town.」
