This property has AMAZING VIEWS looking out over Lermond Pond along with a great sense of privacy.  There is 230 feet of water frontage.  Owned by an artist, the property is thoughtfully and creatively furnished in a comfortable and unique fashion that is warm and inviting for any guests.  Swimming, kayaking, and relaxing are great from the dock in front of the house!  There is a swim float in deeper water as well.

Entering the cottage, the laundry and 1/2 bathroom are on your left, a well equipped kitchen is on your right, and stairs in front of you lead to the lower level sleeping areas.  Through the kitchen is access to the dining area, living area with gas fireplace, and stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom.  The deck is accessed from the first floor as well.  Downstairs, a queen bed sleeping area leads into a gorgeous updated bathroom.  A twin bedroom is accessed through a private door, that also has a 2nd door into the bathroom.  Access to the ground level and path to the dock is out a sliding door.   Upstairs is a comfortable queen bedroom with tub/shower bathroom and great views of the lake. Please note, this is a three level property  so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Lermond Pond offers great fishing and recreation and the towns of Union, Camden, and Rockland are all within reasonable drive to get to shopping, dining, and sightseeing.
