"this was my second stay at sandy haven and I can't begin to tell you how fabulous it was. I had the best room at the resort "111", roll out of bed and the oven is merely steps away.
the staff goes above and beyond to assure you have whatever it is that you need. andre, our bartender makes the best Pina colada ever.

"We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. "This property is absolutely beautiful. From the views of the ocean from the rooms to the stunning sunset views off the beach. My room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The staff is remarkable. They made sure my comforts, needs and wants were provided for. The food was absolutely delicious from the fresh coconut water to the fresh caught lobster to the perfectly cooked steak to all the locally sourced fruit. And the desserts were just as fantastic. The only downsides are that its in a remote place, which is great if your just looking for a place to decompress and relax. And another is the lack of snacks after the kitchen closes. To be fair the provided cupcakes and coffee but more options would have been better. Also while the place is 420 friendly it would be nicer if they had more grinders and other 420 needs. Other than those very small issues the place is excellent. Will definetly go again"

"I very concerned about security in the building. I needed more reassurance than it's very safe. Jamacia can be a dangerous place especially when it's outside of the tourist areas. I didn't feel protected or safe. "
