Stevie's View is a very lovely brand new townhome perched up just one street (and an easy walk, near the STAIRS) from the downtown core. Big views of the waterfront, and downtown from the balcony and north-facing windows. Room for everyone with 4 full bedrooms/ 3.5 baths, plus a bonus/media room with a pullout. Contemporary, high end finishes throughout. Quartz counters, engineered hardwood, SS Bosch appliances & white oak cabinets. Maximized views with reverse floor plan and living/ kitchen on top floor to enjoy the views. Large garage will accommodate cars and toys. There are 4 floors with many stairs. No smoking. No pets. We really enjoyed our long weekend here! The location is great for walking into town for food and shopping and the views of the river are great. The bed in the primary was very comfortable and that room also has great views. Would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay with nice amenities and quality products. The beds were incredibly comfortable!! We knew there were stairs, but it really was a lot to lug coolers/bags etc. up them. If you have somebody in your party with mobility issues, this would not be the place to stay

Stayed here for our annual family girls trip. The property was nice and new and beautiful The beds and bedding were wonderful! The stairs can take a bit to get used to but the view is worth it. A great location within walking distance to town. The place was a hit with everyone!

We had another amazing stay at this wonderful home – our second time here. The location is close to downtown and a great view. The home is fully stocked with thoughtful details. Just a note for future guests: there are quite a few stairs, so it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, well-maintained place that we highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the area. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Great spot for a large group

This was a great spot for our large family group! The main living area and kitchen worked so well for our group and has amazing views. We loved hanging out on the shaded deck. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with especially great mattresses. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the garage provided great storage and staging for our HR adventures. Would definitely stay here again!

As others mentioned, there are a lot of stairs. That’s the only minor downside though. The entire home was impeccably designed and is spotless and clean. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect stay for family wedding!

Property was great for 8. We were in town for a destination family wedding. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Definitely lots of stairs. Be prepared! Loved the garage. Needed for parking.
