The Space:

From this high-floor corner retreat, you’re surrounded by sweeping views - ocean, mountains, and city - while enjoying a quiet sense of elevation above Waikiki’s energy. Evenings settle into soft breezes and glowing horizons, best enjoyed from your private outdoor perch.



Living space

The open living area offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood. You can relax on the pull-out sleeper sofa, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or stay connected with fast wifi and an Ethernet connection. A ceiling fan and window AC unit help keep the space comfortable, while large windows bring in light and views throughout the day.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the main living space by a sliding door, offering a sense of privacy. Inside, a king bed is paired with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. A closet and dresser provide convenient storage, whether you’re staying a few nights or settling in longer.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals whenever you like. Stainless steel appliances and a dining table make it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out or wind down with dinner after a full day. Coffee or a simple meal can be enjoyed indoors or taken outside to the lanai.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials, with fresh towels and linens provided for your stay. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for added convenience.

An EV charger is available on the property, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
