We stayed at this condo in January 2025. Can’t say enough good about this place. Great views, comfy bed, very clean, well stocked, extremely good security and excellent communication from the owner. Saw whales off the balconies using binoculars. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great stay in Jerry’s condo. The place is like brand new. Jerry has taken a lot of time detailing everything you need to know in his book on the shelf. Lovely one bedroom flat with full living room. Can see the ocean from lanais allowing for a great telework space. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen though many local cafes and restaurants. Great outside common area with pool to work.Can walk to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moanapiers. Would define stay again.Moana piers

Awesome! I here for my mom's 87th birthday! My son joined me for the weekend. Condo was everything I could hope for. Convenient location, great view, awesome host, Jerry - very responsive. Condo was appointed with everything you could even think of. Safe & secure building. Use of host's jeep was an added bonus (via Turo). So convenient. I was able to do a little work, walk to Ala Moana Beach Park for a swim. I definitely highly recommend and will stay here again, if available.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It is very well appointed and has very nice kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The view from the 22nd floor was beautiful. Close to the beach, couple blocks, shopping and many restaurants. The owner was very responsive and gave us a lot of information that we could use for our trip. Would very highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fairly close to some restaurants and somewhat walkable to Waikiki. Parking is challenging but possible to find free parking near canal. View of Diamond Head and ocean is nice. Too many tech gadgets in condo to figure out in a week. Very thorough, detailed communication about condo.

This was a delightful condo from which we enjoyed Honolulu. It is perfectly situated within walking distance to Waikiki beach and many shops and restaurants. The condo is one if the most perfectly appointed condos we’ve ever stayed in. A lot of thought, time, and planning went into its renovation, and we enjoyed everything about it. We lacked for nothing. If we return to Honolulu in the future we will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Looking out from the lanai early one morning, I snapped an amazing photo of the rainbow between buildings! Location was perfect as well as the condo and lovely to have more than a bedroom at the end of the day. My husband was on a business trip and having the little kitchen was ideal. Although we mostly cooked, restaurants are in walking distance and anything else one might need! We did rent the jeep and traveled out of Waikiki at every chance—incredible beauty and less crowded beaches. The unit itself is cozy and thoughtfully appointed. Having two bathrooms was amazing!! Bed is especially comfortable. Most important, the host was readily available, responsive and fantastically helpful. One couldn’t go wrong with a stay here. Five-star for sure.

Enjoyed 9 nights of safety, comfort and relaxation in this apartment. Thoughtful design concepts and complete equipment make us feel at home. Enjoy the sunny air with a cup of tea on the balcony every morning. Few minutes walked to the beach for a swim. It's amazing. How we wish we could have stayed longer in this place and look forward to staying here again soon! Thank you so much to the best host Jerry!

We felt at home in this amazing condo. It is well maintained and decorated, clean and comfortable. It has plenty of natural light and storage plus the furniture is high quality and bed was super comfy. It had all the amenities we needed (and more) for our 4 weeks stay. The view from 22th floor is incredible; ocean view, park and Diamond Head during the day and city lights at night with fireworks on Friday night. It is conveniently located for walking to almost everything in Waikiki plus some parks and shopping in Honolulu. The host Jerry was very helpful communicating all we needed to know before our check in and was readily available by phone and text.

Upon entering The 2 Room Suite the views were stunning , just as described . Full kitchen amenities such as pots , pans , plates , bowls , utensils , spices , plastic storage containers for your picnic on the beach etc etc . Having 2 bathrooms was a pleasure . Each bathroom is well stocked with towels , body wash , shampoo & conditioner as well as ample storage . The bed was really comfortable , super soft sheets and pillows . A separate coffee maker ( in addition to the built in coffee maker in the kitchen ) in the bedroom with enough starter pods to get ya going was an added luxury . Restaurants recommended are spot on and the food trucks are a must . Having a vehicle available to you ( thru Turo ) with parking , in the same building , is a Win Win . Finding this Gem , steps , literally steps from Waikiki Beach and surrounding area was fabulous . Jerry and Laura do an amazing job accommodating all your needs . We will definitely be back . Booking this place means booking a place to call home. Whether for vacation or business, this will make the perfect home base for your stay. My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon. And we were extremely touched by Jerry's hospitality. His communication is top notch and made the whole experience a breeze. The location was perfect for us. It's a pretty safe neighborhood, just off the more bustling Waikiki. The high floor greatly reduced road noise. It's a walkable place to many locations including beaches, food, and shopping. We frequently ducked out and came back, using the condo truly as a home base. It's also very centric overall on the island making everything within an hour drive. Great for our visits to a Luau, beaches, and some of the amazing foods offered around Hawaii. We look forward to visiting Oahu again and would gladly book this condo in the future.

The condo is PERFECT, it includes everything you could possibly need and the view is WOW. It's in a great location, not only near the beach, but it's also close to restaurants, shops, parks, grocery stores, etc. We took the option of renting the owner's Jeep (on Turo) and it was so easy. We always had our parking directly in the building which really made getting around easier. Everything related to this reservation is meticulously thought out by Jerry and well explained. The condo is equipped with several smart remote controls, but everything is very well explained in the guide made by the owner. He is a host who devotes himself to his tenants. He is always available, responses are quick and he is very understanding. The condo is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved being able to do our laundry directly in the building and being able to enjoy a swim in the pool at the end of the day. Having a bathroom each was a plus. We enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai while admiring the view of Diamond Head and the surfers. I recommend it 100% for a trip to Honolulu. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. A big thank you to Jerry for doing everything to make our dream trip come true.

Cleaners did not do a good job, with grease on stove top and dust on ceiling fans. We saw two roaches in 30 days. Ceiling fan in bed did not function. One bathroom had no door. Pool is completely shaded, rendering it useless. Loud renovation project for several days across the hall. Unit offered a Jeep and one parking space at a fair price. Couch and bed comfortable, with TVs in both rooms. AC loud but functional. Overall, a decent unit with minor adjustments needed.

This condo was exactly what I expected after reading the reviews and checking out the online video of the space. All reviews were 5-star and my review is also 5-star. Jerry, the owner, was proactive, helpful and responsive. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including bath and beach towels, paper products and kitchen appliances, utensils and spices. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 televisions was quite convenient. The bed was very comfortable and being able to elevate it was an extra plus. Being on the top floor was nice for the view. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach, a market and many restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was being serviced and I would have loved it if there were a fitness center on site. However, there was a 24 hour fitness not too far away. I highly recommend this spot and if I ever visit Oahu again I would stay there. Thanks Jerry for being so helpful and informative.

This was our first time in Honolulu. We typically go to Maui. This unit is right in the heart of Honolulu with easy walking to shops, hotels, restaurants and attractions. There are plenty of places to get food within steps of the building. The owner was very accomodating and allowed us access to a storage unit to stash our luggage as we got there before check in time. The communication was excellent. The unit was clean and well stocked. The TV setup was excellent with cable and internet. (We like to stay in at night) There are 2 full baths which was convenient even though there were ony 2 of us. Choose this place if you want to stay in Honolulu and not in a hotel. The views were spectacular at night.
