This was historically a Waikiki Hotel. Recently updated and full spacious with creative storage thanks to IKEA .It directly overlooks Diamond Head, the Trump Tower and Hilton Hawaiian Village. You are literally 720 steps from the famous Waikiki beaches. The unit is updated and has a King size Sleep number bed with full adjustable base. Walk to all of downtown Honolulu is unbeatable. Yes. The building was older. However the unit was in great shape and was in a great location for beach and shopping. Jerry was a great host and communication was outstanding.

Perfection in paradise

This unit is exactly as described in the description and other 5 star reviews- everything you need for an extended stay in the best part of Waikiki! We particularly enjoyed the access to the beach, Ala Moana mall, and bus service. Walk down Kalakaua for all kinds of food and shopping. Top floor view is amazing, starting every day looking at Diamond Head is priceless. Thanks Jerry!

Amazing property! 10/10

This has to be the best stay in Hawaii we’ve ever had! We came to Hawaii to visit our daughter who goes to UH Manoa and we love staying in this area. The view is incredible and the bed was so comfortable. The convienience of the Jeep and location was perfect. Jerry was very communicative and friendly. Incredible property! You have some repeat customers!

Great location

The condo was great. Was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also an added bonus to be able to rent the owners jeep so that we had a place to park. Would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views from two balconies

We stayed at this condo in January 2025. Can’t say enough good about this place. Great views, comfy bed, very clean, well stocked, extremely good security and excellent communication from the owner. Saw whales off the balconies using binoculars. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo near Hilton Hawaiian Village

We loved the condo. Might be one of the most thoughtfully supplied VRBOs we’ve been to! I love all the little nuances like the lighting in the nightstand drawers and the very nice closets with the hangers. Great instructions are very helpful and everything is so nicely organized. Sleep number bed with adjustable platform.great linens! Comfortable bed-lots of little extras

Wonderful Stay

Lovely one bedroom flat with full living room. Can see the ocean from lanais allowing for a great telework space. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen though many local cafes and restaurants. Great outside common area with pool to work.Can walk to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moanapiers. Would define stay again.Moana piers

Great location-has everything!

This place has it all. The location is great, close to plenty of places to walk to for food and shopping. Beach is near by. Owner makes everything convenient with access to pool, chairs and boogie boards for beach. The place has great kitchen accommodations. Bonus is two bathrooms! Lots of towels for showering and beach! Can Turo (rent) jeep if you need - located on site so very convenient!! Owner is great communicator and extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of space to relax. Loaded with extra touches.

Great View Close to Everything

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It is very well appointed and has very nice kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The view from the 22nd floor was beautiful. Close to the beach, couple blocks, shopping and many restaurants. The owner was very responsive and gave us a lot of information that we could use for our trip. Would very highly recommend and would stay here again.

My wife and I had a great stay in Jerry’s condo. The place is like brand new. Jerry has taken a lot of time detailing everything you need to know in his book on the shelf. Honeymoon

Jerry and Laura were amazing hosts! The condo definitely exceeded our expectations and our honeymoon stay was absolutely perfect. Very updated and worry free stay. Jerry was very easy to contact and stay in touch with. All the employees at the facility were extremely nice as well. When we come back to visit, there is no where else I would want to stay other than this property.
