World Famous Waikiki Beach

Our unit is located on the 9th floor and is a corner unit with a large furnished lanai's which provide you with amazing city, mountain and partial ocean views.
Available to our guest we provide you with a soft queen size pillow top Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep as well as a full size futon that accommodates two.
Also provided is a 50" HD TV with premium cable channels and wi-fi. The many floor to ceiling windows provide the perfect flow of refreshing island air, but if you prefer it cooler, air conditioning is available. Kitchen appliances include full size refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Enjoy dinner on the lanai overlooking beautiful Waikiki.
To help you with packing lighter we provide steamer, blow dryer, flat iron curling iron, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. For guest with small children we have a Pack & Play as well as a stroller.
To help make your day at the beach an amazing one we have complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, swim shirts, umbrella, hats, goggles and tanning oils.

Pros: great location. Great price. Very clean upon anreival. Amenities such as pool and hot tub were nice. Great communication with owner. Condo supplied with a lot of necessities so we didn’t have to bring so much stuff.Cons: we did come across a couple roaches in the 2 weeks we were there. It definitely wasn’t an infestation or anything, but they were there. Also, the room itself was pretty noisy. Every time a neighboring unit open and closed their slider door it sounded like thunder rocking the unit. And there was quite a lot of traffic noise, but it is a city so you have to expect that.

We had a week’s stay here with one of us having a conference ant the Hawaii Convention Centre (an easy walk along the canal) and the other having a holiday. The condo was perfect - had all we needed to self-cater some meals or wander a short distance to great eating locations. Excellent communication with property manager and local person throughout. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this unit. It was located a couple of blocks from the beach and top tier stores where the action was happening. The unit was close to restaurants, parks, and interesting shops. After a full day of activities, it was a pleasure to sit on the porch with a drink and some snacks. The owner of the unit was quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything easy. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamless.

The building is dated but it was comfortable, clean and had extras that we needed while in Hawaii. We would stay here again. Its very walkable to the beach and International Market Place where we enjoyed meals, shopping, live entertainment, and sight seeing. Parking was convenient yet a little pricey but I believe its just that way in Hawaii no matter where you go. Be advised that parking area is tight and you will want a small vehicle if you stay here.

Location and pool/BBQ area great. The only closet is full of materials used for the renovation! The description says oven, but there is none. We bought a blender and toaster oven to use during our stay and left them. I would put shelves where the lamp is. The tub drained slow, so we also bought Draino. The beach umbrella is rusted and beyond use. I would suggest buying a new one. We left pool noodles too. We had fun, but we spent to have a decent place to stay and spent more to make it comfortable. Its and old building, but it worked ok.

All of the basics were provided and just about like a home away from home. Grills are available for getting those steaks done just right. Parking at the property is about average for Waikiki ($45 per day) and beats looking for an open meter and feeding it all day. Best bet is to rent a car when you need to travel out of Waikiki. A small studio apartment is a bit crowded for 4 people, unless its 2 adults and 2 kids. No oven, but it is vacation and you should be enjoying the local cuisine. There is a laundromat on site, as well as a "convenience" store. The elevators are busy during the day, but let up after 8 PM. A great option for Hawaii, would definitely stay again.

It’s a great unit for dropping your stuff and heading out the door. Kitchenette was valuable for cooking breakfast and it had what we needed. There was more street noise than we expected along with water running in the next unit. The pool was good sized , nice amenities there. The elevator can be challenging to capture at times. However for the price you get a great location, short walk to everything. The view from the unit balcony is wonderful, great spot for our morning coffee.the wall for the next unit shower.Th

Russ and his guy Julio was great. I even enjoyed the friendly Chiefs - Broncos banter with Russ. The location was his advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. There television remote were a little more complicated to operate and one thing I suggested to Russ that he put down some kind of safety map in the shower as it's a little slippery. I would definitely recommend Russ and his condo for people to stay there.

This was a great studio apartment. It was cozy, but more than adequate for two of us. The photos and descriptions are pretty accurate. There is a nice side view of the canal and views of the mountains between buildings. The lanai is good-sized and has a dining table. It was quiet when we were there. You do get some street noise from below, but nothing too obnoxious or sustained. Communication with owner Russ was great from booking to check-in to check-out. He was very responsive to questions. Room is nicely furnished, had everything we needed, and everything was functional and clean. Parking is an extra fee and is handled by a self-serve ticket machine in the lobby. The garage is conveniently located in the building and there were always plenty of spots available (and in/out privileges for easy outings). Building location is great. It’s just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but far enough away to escape the big crowds. Great restaurants, shops, attractions and beach access within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

This condo is beautifully renovated with a great lanai that looks onto Ala Wai canal. The location is outstanding, only two blocks from Waikiki Beach, restaurants and wonderful walks along the sea. The building has a great pool and hot tub. The Host was informative and kind. Exceptional!

My husband and I had the good fortune to stay for two and a half weeks in Russ's compact, efficient condo. I already miss our time there. Everything is within a short walk - the beaches, groceries, stores and restaurants. The check-in desk is staffed with very pleasant and helpful folks. The building has everything you need - a well stocked convenience store on the 6th floor, open until 10 pm., a 24 hour laundromat, wide patios with picnic tables set around gas barbecues, a large pool, fitness room, jetted hot-tub and sauna. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. Don't hesitate. This place is a little piece of heaven in paradise.

Was unclear that parking wasn’t included ($40/day). Ad stated there is an oven but there wasn’t. Otherwise, a great location and good support from the host with a couple minor issues; was just a bit tight for our family of 4.

We picked this property because of its proximity to our summer camp and affordability. When we checked in, we found the unit was not cleaned from the previous stay. We had texted with Russ to check in a little bit early but it seems it was not communicated to the onsite janitor Julio. We agreed to walk around the area and come back when the unit was cleaned up. Other than that, check in process was easy and smooth. Overall the unit served us adequately. The balcony added a lot of charm and functionality (we were still working on the east coast time so we took meetings on the balcony). The view of the canal is also great. Building is outdated however and seem a bit rundown. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to issues with cockroaches. I found the first b-52 roach in the tub our first morning in the unit. Russ assured me it’s part of living in Hawaii and it could happen after rain. However after a week or so,I found another one in the living room and at that point decided to book a hotel last minute and move out. As we were packing, I found two more dead roaches. There are no reviews that mention roaches so it could be that I just got unlucky or building has new issues with roaches or something (Russ also assured me there was never any complaints about roaches). Russ was communicative throughout these issues but we just couldn’t deal with having to look out for roaches on a trip like this.

We had an amazing stay in this condo. Enjoyed the comfortable bed loved the lanai with view of the canal. The price and location was great and pool was very nice and shared spaces clean. The store and laundry area was a plus. Nice to have beach chairs and easy walk to beach. Would return if ever in area.

This condo was in a great location close to food, shopping and the beach. Guaranteed parking was nice although $40 a day seemed like a lot but that's how it is there. The bed was very comfortable and overall a pretty nice place. I would stay here again.

The communication with the property owner was great. He was quick to respond and provided helpful advice. First impression of the building was positive. When we arrived, several hours later than expected check-in was quick and efficient. However, went up to the suite and couldn't open the door because their was someone inside doing cleaning who told us to come back in half an hour. So, down we went with all our luggage to find something to do while the cleaning finished. Owner had advised we could check in early (we were there at 3pm) but obviously not. When we finally got in there was a weird chemical smell and i was disappointed to see that the face of the microwave was dirty, there were crumbs on surfaces, about a dozen fruit flies buzzing around ...and garbage in the garbage bin under the sink.There were renovations going on and loud construction noises during the day, and tools and equipment in the hallway of our floor. Two elevators were out of commission at one point. There was a cockroach in the unit near the plates above the sink. There were only two beach towels despite four of us being booked to arrive. Several knobs on the drawers of the dresser were loose. The shower didn't drain properly and so there were several inches of water in the tub throughout the shower and awhile after. Owner advised they had tried to resolve it but would need a plumber. Have photos of all of it. Despite all that, great stay for price and owner did try to solve the issues.
