施設が古い、タオルも古い、バスタブはあるものの栓がないのでつかることはできない等の不十分さは価格を考えればこんなものだと思います。何より立地がよいので、帳消しにしてくれる要因だと思います。 しかしながら、宿泊した部屋がクヒオ通り沿いで。信号の停止場所ということもあってか、自動車、バイクの騒音がけたたましく、眠ることができませんでした。これは私のとっては最悪で、二度目はないかなと感じております。

お風呂の水が流れにくいところが最悪でした。 それ以外はこの立地でこの価格ならギリギリ許容範囲かなと思います。安いお部屋はキッチン設備がついていないので注意が必要です。

スタッフはどの方もとても親切で、満足しています。 Wi-Fiの接続スピードも大満足です。旅行中大変お世話になりました。 シャワーについて、まずお湯が出てくるまで時間がかかります。（計測してませんが肌感覚で5分以上） また、日本人の想像する温度のお湯は出てきません。 バスタブの排水にも時間がかかるので、最初は便器に水を流しながらお湯が出てくるのを待つと、足元に冷水が溜まらなくていいです。 私の宿泊した奥側の棟は階段しかないので、大きいスーツケースを運ぶ時は気をつけて下さい。 便利な位置にあるのに、かなりお値打ち価格！その分お買い物やお食事に回せました ひとり旅ならこれで充分です。

ワイキキビーチに近く便利な場所に立地していますが外の音や廊下からの話し声が気になるところがありました。料金が他のホテルに比べて安かったので予想はしていたものの建物は古く清掃が行き届いているとは言えません。エアコンの音もうるさく、バスタブや洗面台に栓がなく湯をためることができなかったりします。宿泊中にトイレが詰まり、部屋を変わるというハプニングもありました。スタッフは親切で毎週水曜の夜にはハワイアンのライブがあったりもします。リゾート気分を満喫したいと思っている方にはお勧めできません。

とても気に入ってます
ハワイに行くときは良く利用しています。 シャトルバスは目の前のパシフィックモナークで降りることになりますが、路線バスのバス停が近くにあり、ビーチにもすぐ行けます。 クヒオ通りに面しているといってもよいくらいです。 目の前には、行列のできるムスビカフェがあります。 　一番気に入っているのは、宿泊料金が安いということと、大きなホテルでないので、チェックイ、アウトで並ぶことがないということです。

古い設備で、浴室や台所、部屋等の至るところの清掃が、行き届いていなく、虫やゴキブリも出るため、清潔な部屋を希望する方へは、絶対にオススメ出来ません。 立地と安さだけなので、汚さと虫が、我慢出来る寝るだけでいい方へのみオススメします。 設置されている家電は、電子レンジ以外は、汚すぎて使う気になれませんでした。コーヒーメーカーもきたなく、食器類も汚く冷蔵庫の中にもゴキブリが、いたぐらいです。 2023年10月に7泊しました。安かったけど、二度と泊まりません。

清潔さには問題があります シーツにはシミがあり 朝部屋の掃除をフロントで頼んで15時過ぎに帰っても 掃除されていない 他の部屋の方からあなたの部屋は臭くないか？ と２回ほど聞かれました 近くに遅くまで営業しているキッチンカーの店があり かなり遅くまで騒がしいです 立地はワイキキであればどこに行くにも便利で良いです

独り旅で探したホテル、コスパ最高でした。バス停近く、帰りのバス時間もフロントで調べて下さり３ドルで空港へ。１階建物内にミニショップ、お向かいはおむすびやさん、直ぐにワイキキビーチ、小さいけどプールもあります。古い建物ですが、お部屋にはミニキッチンあり、困ることは何もありませんでした。宿泊中夜に、地元の人たちのパーティが１階であり、ハワイ音楽とフラを無料で聴かせてもらえ、素敵な時間を過ごせました。次もまた利用したいです。

建物は古いですが、ワイキキビーチまで2分、目の前にいやす夢がありおにぎり入手可能、近所のポケ丼屋が美味しい、コインランドリーで乾燥までが2.75ドルでできてしまう、と長期滞在には最高です。英語が全然できないとちょっと厳しいかもですが、スタッフはフレンドリーでいい印象でした。

とても古いホテルですが、とにかくロケーションが抜群に良いです サーフィン🏄‍♂️する方にお勧めです スタッフもフレンドリーです 問題はお風呂とトイレが古いこと 排水も悪いので、バスタブにお湯を溜めると次の人は、なかなか入れません それと、夜はかなりうるさいです

立地は最高。ホテルは可もなく不可もなく。この場所でこの価格なら全然アリです。鍵や水回りは古さを感じますが特に問題なし。ハウスキーピングは合わないと入らないかもしれません。スタッフは英語のみですが皆親切。すぐ隣にご飯屋さんがあるのもポイント高め。バス停も近い。ビーチも3分。また利用したいです。

エレベーターが壊れていることが多かったり、非常階段を使うことになったけど、外から誰でも入れる状態だったのでセキュリティが不安だった。 部屋のバスタブのレバーも壊れたけど、すぐに直してもらえたのでそれはよかったです。 ルームクリーニングは頼まないとやってくれないのか、よくわからないけど、毎日の必要もなかったから、それも特には気にならず。頼めばやってくれます。 なぜか、チップ置いておいても、持って行ってなかったけど。 1階に宿泊者用にフリーウォーターのサーバーがあるのでいいけど、チェックインの時に教えてくれなかったから知らなかった。 毎週水曜日にハワイアンミュージックの演奏会が開催されるのが個人的には嬉しかった。 全体的に建物はかなり老朽している。 でもスタッフの方はとてもいい人たちなので、 私はまあ、値段が安いのでいいかなと思っています。

受付の方は親切でした。ビーチから近いのが良く、近くにハイブランド、日本の食料品が買えるショッピングビル、PCR検査施設などが徒歩圏内。隣に酒屋的なものがありました。 バス移動も簡単で大体の場所に行けたので利便性はありましたが、遅くまで車の音が気になりました。 ホテル自体は一つ星だったので、スィートに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔に保たれていました。ベットは綺麗で快適、タオルなどが新しいものだと良かったと思います。
