    The Space:

    Morning light catches the water as the Pacific stretches out beyond Waikiki's skyline, and the city hums softly thirty floors below. From this high-floor condo, you wake to ocean views, step onto your private balcony as trade winds move through the air, and feel the easy pace of island life settle in around you.



    The space

    Perched on the 30th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1 (Makai), this entire condo sleeps up to two guests in a well-arranged space designed for comfort and ease. The living area features generous seating, a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable, and an electric fireplace for added ambiance in the evenings. A window AC unit and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable throughout the year, while large windows frame ocean view, bay view, and city skyline view.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, giving you the choice of an open layout or a quiet, private room. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all provided, along with a closet for easy unpacking.



    Kitchen & dining

    The full kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner in. You will find a Samsung refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, Samsung stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a dining table. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.



    Bathroom & laundry

    The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, a hair dryer, and a selection of Essentiel Elements Bathe shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. For laundry, paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, with hangers, an iron, and clothing storage provided for longer stays.



    Outdoor living

    Your private patio or balcony comes with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area - a natural spot to settle in as the city lights come on and the ocean reflects the evening sky.
