"Checking in could not answer any of my question kept telling me to call the people that i booked with, wanted fresh towels got told call who you booked with. " >> I bet you called VRBO, since VRBO is not the one you booked with, so they are right on that. "wanted fresh towels" >> we provide towels for max occupancy + 1 people, and as it says on the unit instruction, we ask the guests to use the laundry to wash the towels during their stays. Also, as for the cleaning issues you pointed out, we cannot accept your opinion on that since you sent us claims on the 30th when you checked out on the 27th!
