IC 43th Floor Studio with balcony to enjoy magnificent city, mountain and partial ocean views. The studio design inspired by stunning ocean waves color - aqua blue.
The studio has everything you might only wish for your comfortable stay. As you step inside, there is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and the rest of kitchenware for your convenience.
In the studio, there is a lot of sunlight thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. After a full day of exploring Waikiki, you can take a rest on a big comfy king-size bed or just watch a TV on a couch, or maybe get advantage of your big balcony with great resting area with a sofa and a tea table to enjoy stunning Waikiki sunset while sipping island drinks.
If you would like to work remotely, you can as there is a working area with a table and chair.
The color schema of the studio is inspired by ocean aqua blue waves. These light touches can be noticed on the curtains, bathroom curtain, bedding, lights, and decorations. Feels like home already? :) Check out neighborhood info.
Island Colony is just a few steps away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Waikiki Shopping Plaza, BeachWalk, and the International Marketplace. There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.
There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Island Colony building, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping or sightseeing locations.
Island Colony condo offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, BBQ and mini shop. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.

Every thing was great overall. Unit was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Exceptionally good location, especially for the price. Outside seating area was great.

Nice updated condo. Close to all beach areas. 49er breakfast was amazing in lobby. Had issue at check in but owners communicated within a few minutes. My only complaint was cleanliness. But kitchen was stocked with pans cups and utensils which was nice! View is beautiful and staff was friendly. Very safe. Hot tub was closed but pool was open :) Good value. Maintenance entered property while we were out for loud noise but no explanation was given which alarmed us but stay was generally good. Would recommend with attention to cleaning advised.

We stayed for 10 days and were pleased with the accommodations. As others have noted the check-in process was a headache, the codes provided do not work. A message using the VRBO app to renter was returned within 15 mins with a new working code. The suite was nice enough, the view and balcony are why we chose this listing and we couldn't have been happier with that decision. Morning coffee watching the sunrise was amazing! Being on the canal and on the 43rd floor was nice to be away from the noise at street level. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the building - though its an older building it was well maintained and the staff are all very friendly. The pool was great to use when we needed a break from the beaches. The laundry area was handy, and the convenience store was also nice to have when we needed a snack/drink. The suite was clean for the most part, there was some spaces with dust but it didn't really bother us. The bathroom and shower could use an update, but we are not picky travellers and again this was not a problem for us. The water pressure other reviewers mentioned was not a problem for us, there was more than adequate water pressure. I would 100% book this suite again if we return to Oahu, and have recommended it to friends thinking about travelling to Oahu

Pleasing experience overall and crazy, beautiful views from the balcony. We loved our experience here. Just a few notes: - Cleaners were late so we had to check in later, but the hosts were amazing in accommodating a later check-out. As a side, dirty cleaning equipment was left on the balcony. - Handsoap was not provided for bathroom sink. - Some unpleasant smell in the bathroom. - Rusty shower curtain rod. - Would be nice to provide scissors in the cabinet along with other kitchen necessities. - Providing extra, larger towels for pool use would be great.

We stayed for just over a week. It is in a convenient location, only 2 blocks from the beach and close to all the amenities (Target, International Market, restaurant's and bus stop). The unit itself is on the 43rd floor and has the best view of Diamond Head and was clean when we arrived. Check in process was smooth. The only negative was that the pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance for most of our stay.

This place made our trip a living H*E*LL. When we arrived the code didnt work after a few calls and text messages we were provide a new code. On day 1 or a 7 day trip we were told not to use the ac as it was leaking into the downstairs unit. We called and sent text asking to be looked into. 3 full days of no ac and NO ONE coming to review the ac issue we were forced to stay in different location and worst part they stopped responding overall. No one everr returned a cal or a text . DO NOT BOOK HERE. OH YEAH WERE OUT OUR ENTIRE STAY AND HAD TO PAY FOR OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS

Only issue, and reason for not giving 5 star, was the check in process. The door code I was given didn't work correctly, had to frantically email and call numbers for over an hour till I got ahold of the property manager. She got me a different code that worked, and no further problems. Overall a great little place and good stay.

Overall was a good experience. A little stressful start as the code didn’t work when I arrived but messaged the property manager via VRBO about it and they got back to me shortly and was able to assist me with getting a new code. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness. Property was nice, clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view. Also property situated in a great spot for exploring Waikiki. Would recommend this property to others.
