The Space
As you enter the studio, you`ll find an open layout with two full-size beds, a sofa seating area, and a dining table with chairs. There`s also a hallway closet with hangers and open shelves where you can store your luggage and personal belongings. The 392sqft studio comes with a window AC unit, Cable TV and Internet by Spectrum, so entertainment is always at your fingertips.

Step outside onto your own lanai, where you`ll find a table and seating. From the high floor, you can take in views of Waikiki`s surrounding buildings and lively city streets below.

If you`re planning to prepare meals during your stay, the kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, cooking range with oven, microwave, sink, and countertop space. You`ll also find basic cookware, utensils, and tableware, along with cabinets and drawers to store your groceries and kitchen items.

The bathroom has a separate vanity area with a sink and mirror, along with a bathtub and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Towels and a hairdryer are also provided, so there`s a little less to pack for your trip.

Free parking is included with your stay, a rare find in central Waikiki! You`ll have one assigned parking stall (maximum vehicle height of 6`2`) with unlimited in-and-out access. That means no searching for parking each time you return and no additional daily parking fees to worry about.

A laundry room with a card-operated washer and dryer is located on every floor, including yours, so you won`t have to go far to do laundry during your stay.

There`s also a swimming pool on the 4th floor for guests to use.

Guest Access
Self check-in begins at 3pm, and check-out is at 10am. During your stay, you’ll have the entire unit to yourself, with no shared interior living spaces.

One (1) free assigned parking space is included in the building’s parking garage, with a maximum vehicle height clearance of 6`2`. Oversized vehicles or those exceeding this height limit are not permitted in the garage. Please ensure your vehicle is parked entirely within the boundaries of your designated parking space.

Guests also have access to the following building facilities and amenities:
- Swimming pool located on the 4th floor
- Elevators
- Card-operated laundry rooms with washers and dryers available on every floor
- Trash chutes available on every floor
- Cash reloading machine for laundry cards located in the lobby near the mailboxes

Please note that access to building facilities and amenities is subject to the building’s house rules, regulations, operating hours, and operational availability.

Complimentary starter amenities are provided to get you settled in, and refills will be up to guests. For health and safety reasons, the room excludes perishables. The mailbox is not for guests` personal use. Please refer to the house rules.

Special things to note:
The building is located in the lively central Waikiki, close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and busy streets. As part of everyday Waikiki living, noise from nearby traffic, surrounding activities, and neighboring units can be expected. The unit is not soundproof, please consider these before making your booking.
- Check-in at 3:00 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am

- Guest Registration is mandatory in the building. Only registered guests may stay.

- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.

- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.

- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) or we will get a house rule violation.

- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.

- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.

- We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of FOB; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding

- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.

- Please treat my home as if it were your own.
