Beautiful harbor view

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Oahu in the beautiful Ilikai. The room was spacious and fit our needs. Sunsets across the harbor were spectacular from the lanai. Cinnamons for breakfast was delicious. AC in the room worked very well and the modern updates in the kitchen and bathroom were nice. Definitely recommend and would rebook here on our next trip!

Great Apartment with magnificent view

This is a nice apartment - big comfortable bed, very well set up for cooking. Curtains are being replaced - they need to be ! Positives - awesome views of the marina & sunsets & also planes & jets coming & going. Big Negative - the water pressure in the shower - it’s not good - takes at least twice as long to shower especially if you are a female & wash your hair

We like to stay at the Ilikai, this was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The location is great and everything you need is a short walk away. Property is clean and pretty.

We were disappointed in the condition of this suite. Poorly cleaned. Corners, baseboards, light switches, door handles, curtains were all dirty and torn. It was quiet, had everything we needed, great location but dirty and in need of paint. The vents in the bathroom were discustingly filthy. When we talked to the managers downstairs they said that next time we should just book through them directly and we will get a better place and a better deal. Didnt help that time though. I tried to understand the reason it was so dirty and realized the cleaning staff who were protesting outside and making a lot of noise at 6:30 am one morning because they dont get paid enough. Frankly they dont deserve to get paid anymore if they clean all the suites that way.

Great stay!!

The rental was everything I had hoped it would be. It was perfect for our three week stay in Waikiki. The view was spectacular especially at sunset. Hopefully we can return some day soon.

Great Experience!!

The check-in process was very smooth, fast and friendly. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. There were plenty of towels lots of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen and the trash was easily disposed on our floor. The laundry room on our floor was convenient and easy to use. We cooked our dinner frequently and enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony to eat and after dark to look at the stars. The view from the unit was even better than pictured. Also, the Ilikai is convenient to the city busses which we used to go everywhere and saved ourselves the price of a rental car. I would highly recommend this condo and the Ilikai in general.

Great views of the harbor and sunset

Good communication between the rental company and us. As advertised, we had great views of the sunset and harbor. The bed had a foam/cushion on top so it was nice and comfortable. We ate most of our meals out on the lanai enjoying the view.

Great Property at a Great Location

Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Thank you to the owner for sharing the property and to the property managers who assist their guests. Great property that needs a bit extra TLC - mostly minor and cosmetic. A bit dated and could use newer, cleaner furniture and drapes. No Smoking policy is most welcome, but someone has to enforce that with the neighbors. A cigarette but landed on the table on the balcony. It could've landed on someone and hurt that person or damage or burn something on the balcony. Cigar smoke could be smelled from one of the neighbors for a few consecutive days that prompted me to close the doors and turn on the A/C when the breeze would've been great otherwise. The property is at the iconic Ilikai. All guests must respect and appreciate that. A gentle and frequent reminder to all guests will help maintain the true value of the Ilikai.
