We’ve been working from home in Hawaii for 5 months, and this was our worst experience with the property manager. The internet was not very good, and I explained that we needed better internet for calls and such on the first day, followed up several times, but did not get an upgrade. We were given the wrong Parking slot and had an issue all night, she didn’t respond to calls/text from us or Security until the next day. Any issues that came up had delayed responses.
All in all, it seemed like the property manager barely knew about this unit or cared about people renting it out. She mentioned several things that weren’t in the unit.
FYI - there is no in unit washer/dryer in case it wasn’t clear, there is just a broken washer.
Location for this unit is prime, 1 minute walk to the beach and right in front of the main surfing zone.
